Foreword
Change
Change is scary. It rips at routine, claws apart comfort, and takes everything familiar and consumes it in flames. Some are better equipped to deal with this earthquake, with stronger roots and more will to stand. Some will hold their chins high and try not to blink as they watch their world destroyed and rebuilt. Others will crumble at the first shake; they fall to their knees trembling. Change feels like falling, the loop of a roller coaster where your stomach is left behind, but this time you’re not belted in. And sometimes, change just lets you fall.
