There is a man and he travels in a blue box. He is a great and powerful man. He travels and does good for all the worlds in all the galaxies in all the universes. But because he is a powerful man, sometimes he is frightful and does frightful things. But he is still a wonderful and great man.

It took a long time for me to figure out how to start this. Also if you are familiar with Doctor Who, this is supposed to be around the 9th doctor in the canon series.
