Description
Double Bass, the largest and lowest-pitched instrument of the violin family.
(Double) Chaîne, a turning movement in which the dancer executes
a half turn on each foot.
Kim Hana has never understood the purpose of crushes or relationships. Fifteen and
forever alone, she has been training for the most of her childhood in the beautiful sport
of rhythmic gymnastics. Who needs boys and love? Is what she says everytime one of
her friends break up or get with a new boy. She has her idols to looks up to and swoon
over. Their fictional presence is enough for her.
She was always viewed as on of the guys, the girl who is sporty and competes against
guys fearlessly as to most of her friends who only go into small talk and teases with
them. She is rough and tough, both internally and externally.
That is, until a fateful compeititon night where her perception on a particular boy
that goes by the name of Choi Junhong is much more different the others. He is tall,
quieter than the others and plays the double bass. She glances at him stealthily and
avoids eye contact. What has happened to her?

"Unnie!" Kim Sohyun called her older sister who had just come back from her intense training. She herself had just come back from a twelve hour choir and music session in preparation for their program's exclusive concert. Kim Hana faced her sister, her features sagged from exhaustion and overworking her limbs. The inter-state competition was going to be held in less than a week and the coaches have been hurtling down so much pressure on the Seoul state team.
"What?" it was obvious Hana was irritated and too tired to listen to her younger sister's whims and adventures at her session with the other Boseog Program sections, but Sohyun didn't care and went on indifferently, "Did you know, today we practiced with the music section and I met this guy, he's fifteen but he's over 184cm?"
Hana's dark brows raised slightly. Interest arose in her mind, though only little. Her mind didn't have enough energy to give the guy her full attention. "Really?" was all the girl muttered lightly, dragging her worn out feet towards her younger sister who was holding up her iPhone screen that showed his Twitter page.
The older girl simply skimmed over his profile, not taking much attention to his photo or his name to be honest. Choi Junhong she read lazily in her mind. Hana nodded and went away, bringing herself to the toilet. She stripped and went under the hot shower water; it's pressure and temperature on her skin making her toned muscles relax. And just like that, his name vanished from her memory as quickly as she had read it.
Authors NOTE: Hello all! So this will be a simple story (probably only 3-4 chapters) that'll revolve around teenagersss. I hope you'll enjoy it and feedback is much appreciated. This'll also be a 'coming-of-age' story that'll have to do with the opposite and attraction.
