Big Bang’s T.O.P & Im Hyo Jin confirmed that they are dating!

A new couple has been put in the spotlight: Big Bang’s T.O.P (25) and actress Im Hyo Jin (24) have confirmed that they are indeed in a relationship!

Not too long ago, it was revealed during the GD&TOP promotions that President YG wanted the boys to find nice girls. However we didn’t expect it to be this soon. We’ve been told that they met while auditioning for roles at an SBS studio about a year ago. However—this is going to be a shocker—they have been seeing each other ever since. Wasn’t expecting this?

Well, T.O.P has said that his ideal type was Lee Hyori in interviews and Im Hyo Jin said that she loves men with deep voices. So you can think that this would’ve happened sooner or later when you put the “Lee Hyori of the Acting Scene” and a husky voiced rapper in a room together.

A representative from YG Entertainment said, ‘We were a bit iffy at first. We were all worried about how the media would take this news. When Se7en had revealed his relationship with Park Han Byul, it gave us both positives and negatives. However we all wish the best for the relationship.’

Im Hyo Jin decided to shut her laptop after reading one of the millions of articles (both in Korean and English) about her relationship with the infamous T.O.P. Sighing, she didn’t dare to read the remarks which were probably from her new antis on this article.

She ran a hand through her hair. Hyo Jin was ready to break down, she read a few comments from other articles and it has hit her hard. She didn’t expect the fans to get this worked up. Some of the comments were practical (like “If he’s happy, then I’m happy”) but most were mean and downright vicious (like “OPPA, WHY HER” with a detailed description about how horrible a match the two could be). Hell, numerous people mocked the unforgivable childhood that Hyo Jin had gone through.

It’s like these people have taken my very being and tore it to pieces,the actress had thought to herself as she felt her eyes swell up with tears.

“You shouldn’t have read those replies.” A deep, tired voice said to her.

She then felt a mix of emotions pulsate throughout her body as a thumb gently wiped away the tears that began to fall. This was the man in which caused her to feel such grief and yet, she couldn’t last one day without thinking about him.

“Sh,” he tried to calm her, hoping today would be different than the past couple months. “I’m still here.”

That phrase: I’m still here. It made the actor-rapper feel strange. The way it rolled off his tongue and, more specifically, the person in which he was saying it to. He didn’t think that such a petty thing as this would get to him. Perhaps he had been overthinking things? Or maybe he just needed a well-deserved break?

C’mon Seung Hyun. It is just one more night, maybe tomorrow will be different. The man kept telling himself as he rubbed one of his temples, he was careful that Hyo Jin didn’t see this.
