I was standing outside the arcade waiting for my friend, we were suppose to meet at ten, it was now eleven. She was an hour late already, but it didn't really annoy me that much. Aya had always been like this, always late, so I got used to it. I looked around to see if there was any sign of her, unfortunately there was not. Instead I made eye contact with him. It had been a couple days ago when I started noticing him around. He would usually smile, or wave, or just stare. To be honest he was kind of starting to creep me out a bit. He waved to me from across the street and I pretended not to see him and looked away.
"Where is that girl?" I said out loud to myself. I was starting to get really bored so I did what I normal did and started to dance. Nothing to fancy to attract attention, just something to entertain myself.
"You're really good" I heard someone say. I turned around to see who it was and it was none other then...
 

Daito Shunsuke Point of View

There she was again, standing outside the arcade. Ever since I came back to Osaka for a vacation I've seen her everywhere. She's always been hanging out with her friends. The first time I saw her was at the park. I had gone for a stroll and happened to be walking behind her and her group of friends. What made her stand out the most for me at first was how energetic she was. Basically what ever she did made her friends laugh, and sometimes made me laugh which earned me a few funny looks from her and her friends. Luckily I had my phone out so I could pretend I was reading a funny text. The second time I saw her she was at the library with some of her friends. The way she ran her fingers over the books as she looked for a certain one, I don't know why, but I found it very graceful. It was actually the first time I had some sort of interaction with her. It wasn't exactly the most smoothest thing I've ever done. When I was pulling out a book from the shelf I guess I wasn't paying much attention cause a second book fell out and dropped onto the ground. It was a pretty big book and the noise echoed thoughout the quiet library. She looked at me and I probably looked like a deer in headlights. I quickly bent over and picked up the book, and when I got back up I gave her a little smile. She smiled back before she went to go sit back with her friends. I saw her a few times after that, and I waved and stuff, but I never thought to approach her with all of her friends around. Now she was alone and I couldn't think of a better opportunity than this. Just then she looked over at me so I waved. She looked away when I did it, she must not have seen me. Just then she started to dance. I remember over hearing her friends saying something about how when she was bored she'd break into a little jig. It was just too cute. I made my way over to her, and just stood by her watching her. She seemed to be to into her dancing that she didn't notice me, so I decided to say something.
"You're really good" I said and she turned around to look at me. She looked like she was about to say something when her phone rang.

Min Ji Point of View

..him. I thought he would have gotten the hint earlier when I ignored him. I was about to say something when my phone rang. I quickly reached into my pocket to and pulled out my phone. It was Aya.

"Hey where are you?" I said answering.
"What do you mean where am I? I just woke up. Should I be somewhere?"
"What the heck do you mean! You said to meet you at the arcade at ten"
"Yeah, ten tonight"
"You did not say that"
"Yes I did"
"You did not say tonight"
"Think about it, who in their right mind would go to an arcade at ten in the morning" she said.
"Who in their right mind would go a half hour before closing!" I said fighting back.
"Min Ji"
"Aya"
"I won't win this."
"Cause you know I'm right" I said with a smile.
"You keep telling yourself that. I'm up though now so I guess I can make it down there in about two hours"
"Ayaaa, what am I suppose to do for two hours by myself?"
"You're creative, you'll think of something." she laughed.
"You owe me"
"Fine, lunch is on me. Love you!" She shouted.
"Sure" I said before hanging up and letting out sigh of frustration. "Aish, what a Baka. Making me wake up early and then probably oversleeping, and making it seem like I was the one who got the times confused." I complained in a mix of Korean and Japanese.

"Not really sure what you just said..but you sounded upset. Are you okay?" the boy asked me.
"Yeah, just dandy" I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes.
"Come on, I'll treat you to a few arcade games" he said with a smile.
"Ummm, thanks, but no thanks"
"Why not? I mean you do have nothing better to do for the next two hours"
"..And how do you know that?" I said looking at him raising my eyebrow.
"I swear I'm not a creep. You just said it when you were on the phone" he said with a laugh.

I thought to myself for a minute before I spoke "why not" I said outloud. I mean whats the worst that could happen, plus who knows this could be fun.

When we entered the arcade I was surprised at how little people there were. I guess Aya was right..who would go to an arcade at ten in the morning..but just because she was right with that little detail did not mean she was right about saying tonight.
"So what do you want to play first?" he said
"How about that game" I said pointing to a fun looking game in the corner.
"Looks good" he smiled as we made our way over. He popped a few coins in and the game came to life. "Now don't expect me to go easy on you just because you're a girl"
"I wouldn't have it any other way. Now prepare to lose" I said with a smile, and he laughed. Oh he thinks I'm joking does he? I couldn't help being the competitive person I was, it was just when I started doing anything that involved an outcome of a winner and a loser I just couldn't lose. I couldn't even tie. I had to win. And thats what I did. I won that game, and the next one, along with the one after that. Surprisingly I was having a lot of fun.
"Wow, you're really good" he said.
"Don't say I didn't warn you"
"Well prepare to lose at this game. No one has ever beaten me at it. I am the king" he bragged.
"Oh, well maybe I should just forfeit this round" I said rolling my eyes.
"Sarcasm?"
"Obviously. Prepare to be dethroned your heigness."
"You're really going to try to take my crown from me?"
"And turn you into the court jester" I smiled.
"Its on" he laughed plopping more coins into the machine.
To be honest this game was really fun, the only part that bugged me was that he was winning, and it didn't even look like he was trying.
"Told you I was king" he laughed and before I knew it I gave him a little hip check throwing his game off. and I was now winning "Hey now! Isn't that cheating?" he said.
"No, it's strategy"
He just laughed and started playing again. In the end he won.

We had left the arcade and headed over to the cafe across the street.
"Hey, cheer up why don't you it's only a game" he said sitting beside me handing me my mango bubbletea.
"What do you mean? I am perfectly cheerful, and I know it was only a game. I'm not five years old" I said taking a sip of my drink.
"You're not very good at hiding your feelings" he smiled.
"I don't know what you're talking about"
"Come on tell me whats wrong"
"Nothing is wrong"
"You're also not very good at lying"
"Aish, I just don't like to lose okay" I said, and he just laughed. "Well Mr.Giggles care to share whats so funny?"
"First of all my name is not Mr.Giggles, its Daito Shunsuke. Secondly I just think it's cute how competitive you are."
"Yeah yeah" I said taking another drink of my bubbletea.
"Well you can't deny that you had fun"
"Yes I can"
"You at lying remember"
"Well meh" I said sticking out my tongue.
"Would it make you feel better if I made you queen of that game?" he said.
"Naah, I think I'll just keep trying to dethrone you"
"So you're saying we'll play again sometime?"
I looked over at him and he looked so hopeful it was honestly quite cute. "Yeah I guess we can" I said with a laugh.
"You're so adorable when you laugh" he said
"Huh?"
"Your smiling eyes are so pretty, and I just want to poke your dimples" he said and all I could really do was stare. "Sorry...I'm being creepy again" he said with a nervous smile before looking down at his hands.
"When you smile the right side of your lip curls more than than the left side" I said before finishing off my drink.
"Huh?" he said and I looked over to see him look at me confused.
"Oh I see how it is. You can be a creep, but I can't. Now that I understand that.."
"No, no, no. It just kind of surprised me."
"Well what can I say, I'm full of surprises" I joked.
"Umm..this may seem a little weird..but I..umm.." he studdered as he looked down at his fiddling hands tilting his head to the left.
"Min Ji!" I heard Ayas voice call as she covering my eyes with her hands.
"Aya, you know I hate when I can't see anything" I said pulling her hands off my eyes.
"Oh now who is this?" she said completely ignoring my comment.
"Daito Shunsuke, this is my friend Aya, Aya this is my new friend Daito Shunsuke" I said introducing them.
"Hey, arent you that guy who has been following us everywhere?" she said and I hit her. "What?"
"That's very rude of you" I said.
"Wait...now that I see him up close..wait..that name! Oh my gosh! You're Daito Shunsuke!"
"Oh my goodness! He is!" I said sarcastically.
"No I mean like Crow Zero, Real Onigokko, Nobuta wo Produce, Tumbling Daito Shunsuke!"
"Wait what?" I said looking over. "Oh my gosh you really are!"
"Yes I really am" he laughed.
"Okay, well I would totally freak out more right now, but the washrooms at the stations were out of order and I really need to.."
"Just go" I said before Aya could finish her sentence. She then nodded and ran off for the restroom.
"Sorry about her, she can be a bit over the top" I said.
"Don't worry about it"
"Wow, I can not believe I didn't recognize you"
"Well I have been trying out a new hairstyle" he said playing with his hair.
"And it looks awesome" I smiled at him and he smiled back.
"so..like I was saying before..maybe sometime..if you're not busy that is..we can go get dinner?" he said looking down.
"Of course"
"Really?!" he said looking up at me.
"Really" I smiled.
"No sarcasm?"
"No sarcasm" I laughed.

Just then his phone rang
"Just a second. Its my mom" he told me before answering. "Hello..oh hi mom...yes...yes...finee... yeah I'll be there in a bit...water is fine...bye..love you too..bye" he said hanging up.
"You have to go?"
"Yeah, having lunch with the grandparents" he said.
"Well it was nice meeting you" I said.
"It was nice finally talking to you..Heres my number" he said pulling out a marker from his pocket and writing his number on a napkin.
"Thanks" I said accepting it.
"Call me whenever. Talk to you later" he said as he waved.
"Byebye" I said as I waved back.
And with that he left.
"Hey! Where'd he go?" Aya said as she returned.
"He had other plans" I said putting the napkin in my pocket.
"Whaatss that" she teased pointing to my pocket.
"Nothing" I laughed.
"You know you're an awful liar"
"So I've been told"
"I guess it was a good thing I over slept"
"So you admit it!" I shouted.
"Fine, you're right. You always win" she sighed.
"Haha not always, just most of the time" I laughed.
"And when have you ever lost, or admitted defeat?" she asked.
and all I could do was smile.
"Fine don't tell me"
"Oh and here" I said handing her a slip of paper.
"Whats this?" she asked.
"The bill, your treat remember"
Aya let out a quick sigh as she got up to go pay.
I may have lost the game, but I've won todays grand prize.

I actually had nooo idea who Daito Shunsuke was before this.
So I had to research him a bit, and I would like to say I'm a new fan girl.
He's adorable! I watched something where he went and stayed with like a tribe in Africa.
SOOOO CUTE! My goodness.
I hope I'm right about the lip thing..Its hard to tell from watching youtube videos left from right.
Also I'd like to point out that it is 6am here and its storming out, so I apologize if there are any confusing parts
