In this world, there is a lot to be thankful of.

I’m thankful for the weather. It’s warm, but not too warm; it’s perfect.

I’m thankful that we got the day off to enjoy it.

I’m thankful I get to spend it with my childhood friends.

Something heavy pushes me over and pulls me out of my thought train.

“Ah, I’m sorry!”  The blonde boy yells. He shouldn’t yell, he’s right on top of me; I can most definitely hear him.

“That’s okay,” I softly say when I push him off. I’m fully aware of the fact that my hands linger a bit too long on his arms, but I can’t help it. My eyes meet with his and he flashes me a smile before getting up and running back to Seungri. He jumps onto him and they start tickling each other whilst yelling. My gaze doesn’t avert a second, and as soon as Jiyong sees it, he nudges my arm.

“It’s only normal people misunderstand,” he says. It sounds harsh, but he smiles when he says it, which makes it obvious he’s not trying to sound like that at all. I pretend not to understand.

“Wae?”

Jiyong flicks his head in Daesung’s direction.

“You like him,” he states. I shrug in return.

“Of course I do.”

Jiyong smirks and leans back.

“This is going to be interesting,” is al he says before closing his eyes and slowly drifting off. I look at him for a while, but I find my eyes focusing back on Daesung in an instant.

“Yea,” I whisper.
