Confession
No Choice [ON HOLD] [EDITING]
Dara suddenly woke up because she feels someone is caressing her hair. When she open her eyes she saw a guy, the guy's face was too close to her's. When she realized that their face was like one inch apart, she push the guy and start to yell at him.
"Yah! Who are you? What did you do to me?!!"
"Yah! What's happening to you? Did your head get injured?"
Dara suddenly remember the doctor said to her awhile ago
"Ms. Park, In these following days you will now feel or experience some of the symptoms, signs and effects of this disease"
Confusion with time or place, Sometimes you may forget where you are or how you got there.
Lastly, you may forget the people you love the most and the people who surrounds you.
"Sorry but I really don't remember you, Did we met before?"
"Yah, don't fool me dara, we just hangout yesterday. Your joke is so lame HA-HA-HA"
Dara didnt reply and just trying to figure out who's this guy in front of him, but suddenly her head hurts like hell
"AHHH!!, MY HEAD!!" dara said while holding her head
"Yah!! what's happening to you?!! don't joke around dara, it's not funny"
And suddenly dara collapsed again, jaejoong doesn't know what to do so he decided to take dara in the nearest hospital. When dara is in the emergency room, jaejoong cant help himself to think about what the hell is going on with dara. When the doctor came out,
"Are you with her?" the doctor said
"Yes doc, what's happening to her?"
"What's your relationship with the patient?"
"Im her friend"
"We need to contact her family right now"
"Why? Is her illness severe or something?"
"Im sorry to say but your friend was diagnosed with alzheimer's disease"
"Can you explain it further doc?"
"The effects of this disease are memory loss, difficulty on completing familiar tasks at home or at school, confusion with time or place, changes in mood or personality, she may lost some of her activities, hobbies or works and lastly she may forget the people who surrounds her and her loved ones."
Jaejoong remembers what happened awhile ago, he thought that dara was just joking around.
"Doc, for sure there are some cure or treatments right?"
"Im sorry to say but currently there is no cure for alzheimer's disease but drug and non-drug treatments may help with both cognitive and behavioral symptoms"
"What do you mean doc?"
"Someone should take care of her because of the behavior build-up and make sure that she would take the prescribed medicines, because the early stages of Alzheimer's disease are difficult to diagnose"
Jaejoong feels sudden about the things that the doctor said, he just can't believe what's going on to dara. He dont know what to do after what he heared. He just decided to visit dara in her room. He slowly open the door and take a peek to make sure if dara is at sleep or not. When he saw that dara is sitting in her bed and just playing game in her cellphone, he decided to close the door but dara saw him.
"Oh, jae?! ^_^"
Jaejoong was little confused because dara doesn't remember her awhile ago
"Do you remember me?" jaejoong said
"Yah! Why should I forget you? We're friends duh!" dara said
"So you already know my illness?" dara spoke again
jaejoong just nod, dara sensed that jaejoong is something worried about her so she speak again
"It's okay jae, Don't worry about me. I can handle this hahaha ^_^"
"Don't pretend like everything is okay even though we all know its not"
Dara is starting to tear up, she's trying to stop her tears to flow when suddenly jaejoong wrapped his arms around her.
"Im always here dara, From now on Im going to take care of you"
Dara was shocked of what jaejoong said, she's confused what does it mean, jaejoong tighten the hug more and that made dara puzzled. Suddenly jaejoong spoke again.
"I care for you,because I like you dara"
Okay Okay kill me now hehe jk
