He was taking off his jacket as he entered through the front door. Minho was used to using the back entrance in the rare times he had come to this place but today he was tired and just wanted to relax. He looked around the hot and crowded area completely ignoring the glances he was getting deciding a drink would be the best way to start. For once he wanted to just have a peaceful night without worrying over what people were whispering about him or if they were taking his picture while he was doing something inappropriate. Tonight he would forget them, because this was the price of his fame. Instead he would just enjoy himself. 

He got a glass from behind the counter and placed it in front of him as he prepared his customer a new drink. Usually he wouldn't think much while doing his shift, but for some reason tonight Jonghyun kept stealing glances at the crowd. He wasn't expecting anyone. He was just bored and people-watching was fun. And he knew better than to believe all those stupid tales that Key was always mumbling about. How was he supposed to believe that one day someone would enter this filthy place and notice him behind the dirty counter he was 24/7? Sure he knew he was hot and customers would always tell him how funny he was just before they tried to get into his pants. But he knew better than to expect more than this. He didn't mind it too. Those fast hook ups were the only thing regular in his life. He knew better than to dream about meeting someone different in a place like this. 

After doing this night after night he was more than used to the way the audience would scream and sometimes moan his name. Lee Joon. He was also used to seeing the money thrown carelessly at his feet as if he was nothing more than a common stray . And while he didn’t do that kind of things, not anymore, he knew they would always view him as such. It didn’t matter that he hated his job or that he was an expert at avoiding the costumers that were too persistent to take a no for an answer. Sometimes he would dream about them, about the way they watched him as he danced around the pole, the way a few would try to buy him as if he was a thing after watching him take off his clothes in the show they came here to see. He always said no and they would always come back the next night for more. 

Onew sang his heart out like always as his fingers gripped the microphone firmly in his hand. He always felt as if the object was going to be taken away from him any moment now. It didn’t matter how many times he had performed in this stage already. He grinned at the audience leaning sensually towards his band mate when the guitar solo started. He enjoyed watching his band play and he also enjoyed watching the people that would come to this rundown club every night just for him. It was almost as fascinating as hearing the applause or the screams of his name at the end of a show. Even if this wasn’t much, music was his life, this was his stage and in front of all his fans he was a rockstar.
