;Nara’s POV
Thursday, M! Countdown Live Debut Recording
"Are you alright, Hara-yah?" Sol asked me when she saw me still on the couch while the rest have been preparing or checking their make-up on. The truth was, I don't feel alright since this morning. No. Actually, I don't feel alright since last night. Because we practiced for the whole day yesterday, my body feels weak now and my throat hurts a bit.
I looked back at Sol, trying to lighten up my face. "I-I'm fine." I lied.
"But you don't seem to me. What's wrong?" The concerned look showed up from Sol's pretty face.
I sighed. I guess it wouldn't help me if I'd lie to her. "I feel tired today and I kinda feel sick." I told her. Sol put her hand on my forehead to check on me and that's when manager oppa saw us.
"What's wrong with you?" He asked, but he do look more annoyed than concerned. "Don't be such a slacker, Hara! Make some effort, for heaven's sake!"
"She's sick, manager oppa." Sol defended me and I feel like crying—both from the pressure and the affection the girls were giving me.
"What? You can't be sick at this important day!" He huffed out his irritation. "So what do you want to do now, Hara-shi? Go home and cancel your debut? I mean, he's not just a manager but he is like a big brother to us and big brothers should take care of his younger siblings." Sol rolled her eyes.
"Don't worry Sol, I'm fine. Don't worry about me—"
"Stop saying that." She cut me off. "We're your sisters and of course, we worry about you."
I reached for her hand and squeezed it gently. "Thank you Sol, I do appreciate it. But really, I can take care of myself...well at least, today. If I will faint in there," I pointed the stage. "I'm sure you are all there to catch me, right?"
Sol chuckled. "Of course."
"Thank you." I smiled. "Though, I feel sick but honetsly I didn't feel like fainting or something."
"Are you sure?" She asked further and I nodded my head.
"I'm sure, Sol."
She shrugged. "Okay. That's what you said. "But if you feel worse while we're perfoming, just pat me on my back okay?"
I nodded. "I'll remember that. Thanks, Sol." She beamed at me before she left. The girls were almost done with their make-up except for me. I forced myself to stand, trying so hard not to wobble on my feet.
"Are you sure you're okay, Hara-yah?" Rina and Ara asked in harmony, they saw me gripping on the couch headboard.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I told them, ho
