Meaning:

Memory: (noun) Recollection, remembering, retrospection

Young:   (adjective) Being in the early period of life 

Old: (adjective) Having lived a long time

Dead: (adjective) Having lost life

Alive: (adjective) Living 

Waiting: (noun) Act remaining inactive 

               (adjective) Being and remaining ready for use 

Forgotten: (adjective) unremembered, omitted 

 

Idea added to the prompt, must use in the plot or scene:  Riding a big ferris wheel located near the river bank
