PUNKROCKAU
Description
The place was already jam packed. I did notice that the crowd was considerably more…feminine? Melissa made the crowd part for her. She always had that impression on people. I followed closely behind her, careful not to lose her. She stopped abruptly and my head snapped up to see why. We were right in front of the stage. “Do we really have to be this close?” I asked, having to slightly crane my neck to see the microphone where one of the band members would stand.
“It’s absolutely necessary!” Melissa said, with wide eyed innocence that did not fool me one bit.
“Melissa,” I said her name as a warning.
She smiled, bringing out her artificially made dimples, “I promise you, you won’t regret it.”
I didn’t.
