D e s c r i p t i o n:
Cha Eun Yong was devastated when she received the news about her father’s death. Broken and full of sadness, she went to her father’s grave to visit him. “I love you dad. No one can replace you. I will promise you that your ‘new wife’ will take good care of us,” she told him as tears started rolling down her cheeks. All of what she just said was a lie, except for ‘I love you’. Ever since her father got married to her step-mother, she had hated her from the start. When her father was not around, she would ask Eun Yong to go and do the house chores and abuse her and if she disobeyed, she will get a beating. Now that her father is no longer with her, Eun Yong gets even more worried because she doesn’t know what her step-mother might do to her.

My life is full of darkness. Since my father’s death, there was no bright side to my life. No laughter, no joy and no happiness. I never laughed or smiled since that day. I lost everything… My friends…my life and everything that meant so much to me was gone because of my changing attitude. But, when I met him, everything changed. I learned how to laugh and smile again. He thought me joy and happiness and he helped me return to the bright side of my life. But, every happy thing doesn’t end with a happy ending when you don’t make it a happy ending. After I met him, not everything was back to normal. I still had my step mother, bossing me around. So it was up to me to get my whole life back, and I hope my step mother will learn her lesson. But there is one thing I will always know for sure, since ‘The Day I Met Him’, I knew I would actually fall in love…
