Finally… I let out a sigh. After giving so many reasons to them, I must accept my defeat. And look where I stand right now. A new place. A place I never imagine I will set my feet on. I travel almost around the world just to be stucked in this…. What’s it? Singapore? Well… blame to my sleepyhead and ignorance. I should landed in Seoul few hours ago, but because of my stupid cousin keep telling this and that, I booked the wrong flight. And this is the result. Now I’m standing at the airport ALONE. I’m gonna kill her. But lucky… at least I will still have my own spare time before that stupid arrangement. By the way, let me introduce myself to you.

My name is Song Ae Ri. My friends called me Hayley. I’m the only child of my parent. I’m a beautiful and independent  23 years old girl. I was born in Seoul, South Korea but I spent 20 years of my life in USA. But, don’t get me wrong. Although I spent MOST of my life there, my mom had always teached me about Korean. We even speak Korean at home. Blame it to my lovely grandpa who insisted that his only granddaughter MUST understand and even lived in Korean culture. I have visited Korean around 4-5 times just for holiday and Chuseok festival. I never imagined before that one day I will return to my homeland to settle in. Well… Until 2 months ago..

My beloved grandpa called me and asked me. I mean ordered me to return to Korea. Actually he had asked me before since I lost my parents 8 years ago to stay with him. But I always rejected him, giving him so many reasons from friends, habits, environments, education until my job. But, later he finally insisted because I’m the only heiress of my parent and they already set me up for an arranged marriage. When I heard about this, I really shocked. C’mon… arranged marriage? More over…. ME? But, finally I gave up. I loved my grandpa so much. I knew he wanted me so much to stay with him. So… I booked my flight and returned to Korea.. it supposed to be… but now I’m in Singapore.

Okay… think fast Hayley…. What to do? What to to? What to do?

Oh stupid Hayley. Of course, find a hotel first.

After getting my luggage, I took a cab from airport to the hotel. Upon resting my body on the bed… I feel relaxed. But then I jolted up and ran to the living room to make a phone call. Although I disagree with the marriage thing but I don’t want my grandpa have a heart attack because his men can’t find me at Incheon airport. after spending almost 45 minutes in phone getting scolded by grandpa, he finally set everything for me. He will send my cousin to Singapore next week and then we will return back to Korea together after I beg him to let me stay a couple days here. And then, I took shower and heading out to have my dinner.

I arrived at Garden Plaza and decided to window shopping first before I have my dinner. And then suddenly I saw this huge poster. “SPARTA KIM JONG KOOK”.
