She was an English teacher from America. She was plain and her life was pretty normal--nothing too exciting, nothing too boring (however, some would say that trouble had a way of finding her). She liked it.

Being able to get the teaching job in Korea was a dream come true and as she headed for an all new experience,she thought she would bring her normal life with her--she thought everything would be the same. And it was.

Until she makes the mistake of tracking down a chronically absent student in the hopes of coaxing him back to school before it's too late. With that one decision, life as she knew it changed and everything, everything became so much more complicated.

Her once mundane life is suddenly it's head and she realizes she's needed not just in the classroom
