(Sunny P.O.V.)

I woke up to the sound of someone falling... again. "Aishh..." I heard Sungmin oppa say as I helped him up. "Good morning oppa!" I said as he smiled. "Sit here while I make breakfast, ok oppa?" He nodded as I started making scrambled eggs, it's been 2 years since I quit school to be with him, I never regretted it and I love spending time with him this way, I wanted life this way, my mom sends me money so we can thrive, I spend all my time with him, he's just like a little baby, I grabbed both his hands and helped him stand up to go to the table, "Say ah," I said as I put the eggs in his mouth when he does. "Yummy~" He said as he kissed me on the cheek.

(3 days later) 

We were rushing to the hospital, Sungmin oppa was choking and barely breathing and I don't know, "Doctor!!! Help my oppa! Please!!!" I burst to tears as they take him away and made me wait outside. A few minutes later, the doctor comes out with a sigh, "Miss... He had a heart attack and is in dire danger. We used the last heart we had in the last surgery, I'm afraid he'll die..." "I'll do it!!!" He looked at me weirdly, "If you do that, you'll die." "I DON'T CARE!!! IF HE LIVES, THEN DO IT!!!" He sighed. "But, can you let me write a letter, sir?" He muttered, "Fine." I started writing my last letter as they were getting ready, when they were ready, I went into the operation room. "Doctor, one last thing... my boyfriend is blind... can you give him my eyes too?" He nodded, "I'll try my best." Soon, things got hazy. "Goodbye... oppa..." 

(Sungmin P.O.V.)

Where am I... wait, where's the darkness? I can see? I need to tell Sunny the miracle!!! "Excuse me, Mr. Lee?" I smiled, "Yes?" "You need to stay here for a few weeks so we can check that the new organs are working properly." I was confused, "Huh? New organs?" She frowned, "You had a heart attack, sir. Luckily, we got a donor to get you a new heart and she firmly requested she'd give you her eyes too." She gave me a note, "She wanted you to read this...." I looked at the piece of paper:

  Dearest oppa,

Do you like your new eyes? Are you doing well? I hope you are... I think you got a 2nd chance to live life to the fullest, maybe it's because you were the greatest boyfriend I ever had. I hope I live in your heart... find someone you love and cherish her, that's my only wish....
