Foreword

Beep! Beep! Beep!

The alarm clock goes off beeping to eight o'clock in the morning which made Minho's eyes widened. "Shut up you stupid alarm clock!" He dug his head under his pillow while his hand was roaming around the alarm clock, searching for the "off" button. When his finger felt the button, it immediately pressed the button and the sound of the alarm was not longer being heard. "Ah, peaceful." Minho pulled out his head from under the pillow and laid it on his pillow.

Suddenly, the door knob was twist and the door was open by his father. "Minho, why are you still in bed? You're suppose to come down so we can have our morning talk," his father reminded, crossing his arms. "But I'm tired," Minho reasoned, making a tired and sleepy face. "I don't care. We're going to have a morning talk and that's it," his father raised his voice and slammed the door shut.

"I don't get it! What's the benefit of having a morning talk? We do it like everyday! I mean like, nothing's special if we have a morning talk!" Minho babbled, getting off his bed. He opened the door and went downstairs to have a morning talk with his mother and father. Minho rubbed his eyes ad yawned. "Can we just stop this morning talk? What's the benefit for having a morning talk anyway?" he complained, sinking his on the couch. "Minho, stop complaining," his father scolded, looking at him angrily.

Minho rolled his eyes and crossed his arms. "Minho, please don't be rude," his mother adviced politely, holding Minho's shoulder. "I'm not being rude! I just hate this morning talk!" Minho raised his voice, pushing his mother's hand away from his shoulder. His mother gasped. "Minho! Why did you talk to your mother like that!" his father scolded him, raising his voice at the maximum level. "I can do what I want to! I'm a big boy now! You can't tell me what to do or what not to do!" Minho fought back, making his way upstairs.

"You're only 9 young man and don't you dare talk to me like that again!" his father stomped his hand on the coffee table. "I hate you! Both of you!" Minho yelled, slamming the door shut. "Honey, calm down," his wife calmed him down, holding his shoulder. "This boy had gone too far. He doesn't know how to respect people, especially his parents," he muttered, holding his wife's hand. "Maybe one day he'll realise what he had done," his wife said.
