Sometimes, I find myself wondering what exactly goes on in CY's head. He might look like he's perpetually high on crack, but I'm pretty sure D would have unearthed any suspicious-looking packets of white powder during his weekly housekeeping duties (seriously, the guy gives cleaning a whole new meaning). As such, I have come to the conclusion that CY's just high, period.
