People have different perspectives when it comes to rain.
Some say that the rain has a way to calm people down, that the consistent, drum-beat pattern of the falling drops has a very soothing effect that allows them to contemplate, dream and reflect.
There are also numerous others who think otherwise. For them, the air the rain brought is too depressing and melancholy, as if the sky itself is also weeping, possibly mirroring their own feelings as well.
For 35 year-old Cho Kyuhyun, he has both a penchant and a hostility to the said weather.
Staring out the window of the café he is in, drizzle is falling from the grey skies as the temperature gradually lowers. Taking a sip from his warm black coffee, he finds himself walking down memory lane while watching the rain pelt itself on the glass window, his heart clenching as time passes by.
Truly, he has mixed feelings for the rain.
Just then, a woman comes into view, one hand holding an umbrella while the other holds a little boy’s hand. Kyuhyun’s eyes automatically directs itself towards her, as a montage of their past begins playing in his mind.
