Destined (Sequel to Falling in love with the Enemy)Your POV
"Sweet dreams, honey." I say as I pull the blanket over Daehan.
"Good night, Mommy." he says as I kiss him on his forehead.
I start to leave, but Daehan speaks again, "Mommy, is Daddy feeling better now?" he asks which makes me stop in my tracks and kneel beside him.
"Yes he is." I smile as I fix his hair.
"So...does he love me now?" he asks which makes me surprised.
I can't believe he thought that his own father didn't love him.
"He's always been loving you, he will never stop, even though he doesn't show it." I say as I his cheek.
"Hey Mommy." he says.
"Yeah?" I question.
"I love you." he says.
"Awh buddy, I love you too." I say as I his cheek.
I get up to leave, "Good night, buddy." I say and turn off the lights.
After closing the door, I go to the living room to Daehyun to talk to him. About everything.
"Is he sleeping?" Daehyun asks as soon as he sees me in the living room.
I nod slightly. I'm still somewhat mad at him.
We stood there awkwardly for a moment, then he spoke up,"I-I'm sorry." he says.
"For what?" I ask.
"For everything. For me being an for the past months." he says.
"Daehan asked if you loved him now." I say.
He sighs as he sits down on the couch.
"He actually thought that you haven't been loving him for this period of time. His own parent not loving him..." I trail off so he could think about it.
"I know. And I'm so sorry, Hana. I did a big mistake. I really hurt both of you." he says with full sincerity.
