Hello! Today, we're going to learn how to make a cute poster >.< This is a picture tutorial, I'm not going to do any video tutorials OTL

First step : Open a new canvas. Set it to your preferred size, I used 500x650.

Second step : Use your desired background. For mine, I used one from the 'Promise' collection (as I remember) from Shabby Princess.

Third step : Open your images, cut them. Also, open something to your liking (or create an uneven shape using the free select tool). Rotate them.

Fourth step : Add the text. I use the font 'Clementine Sketch' for the title, 'Dadhand' for the 'courtesy of ...' writing, and 'Billo' for the credit. Rotate them.

Fifth step : Add a flower/button PNG to the side of the title. I used a flower (the shadowed one), also from the 'Promise' collection.

Sixth Step : Optional. Add a border or rounded rectangle!

Border : Select > All > Border > Set it to your preferred size.

Rounded Rectangle : Select > All > Rounded Rectangle > Set it to your liking. Add alpha channel to the layer. Select > Invert > Delete.

Or just leave it as it is if you don't want any border or rounded rectangle!

*Update : Here's the scribbles I used for the poster : scribbles. Add alpha channel. Use the fuzzy select tool to select the scribbles. Use the brush to color it to your liking. Select > Invert > Delete.
