One Life
Ailee froze and didn't know what to do
"Are you just going to stand there all day?" One of the judges spat at her
Ailee bowed quickly and ran off of the stage
Ailee ran all the way home with tears streaming down her cheeks
When Ailee got home her mom was at the door
"Ailee! Whats wrong? Why are you crying?" Ailee's mom asked her quickly
"Umma i couldn't perform today" Ailee said with tears stained on her cheeks
"Why not?" Ailee's mom asked as she sat down next to Ailee and put a hand on her shoulder
"I just couldn't" Ailee said and walked up the stairs to her room
For the rest of the night Ailee played her guitar and hummed softly to herself
The next day Ailee woke up to her alarm
The time showed 7:30
"GAHH!!! IM LATE!!!!" Ailee yelled and ran to the bathroom to get ready
She looked in the mirror and saw that her eyes were puffy
She touched her face "How am i supposed to school looking like this?!"
She looked around and looked for something to cover her eyes but couldn't find anything"
"Ailee, you're late!" Ailee's mom
Ailee groaned then ran out the door
Ailee ran to school and entered the gates
People were laughing and pointing at her because of yesterdays scene and because of her puffy eyes
Ailee sighed and walked to the closest
She saw Jiyeon there
"Opp-- Oh its just you" Jiyeon said and rolled her eyes
Ailee ignored her and put her backpack on the ground and grabbed a broom
"Omo! That broom reminds me of something! Oh yeah you, its dirty,ugly, and old just like you" Jiyeon said and laughed
Ailee gripped the broom hard that her knuckles turned white
"Oh, little miss poor isnt going to do something about it?" Jiyeon asked Ailee and smirked at her
"What are you even doing here?" Ailee asked frustrated
"Uhhm isnt it obvious? Im waiting for Jay"Jiyeon said and put her hands on her hips
"Whatever" Ailee said and started sweeping the floor
"Awwhhh seems like little miss Ally doesn't have anything to say back!" Jiyeon said and laughed
"Its Ailee, and if your going to insult me atleast do it right" Ailee said and Jiyeon stopped laughing
"Shut---" Jiyeon got cut off
"Yah! What are you doing here?" Jay popped his head through the door
"Ohh just chatting with my dear sweet friend Ally" Jiyeon said and put her hand on Ailee's shoulder
"Uhhh huh,by the way its Ailee and shouldn't you be in class? Class started 15 minutes ago" Jay said to Jiyeon, Jiyeon's eyes widened
" bye Jay~" Jiyeon said and waved then left the closet quickly
"Sooo you ready to clean?" Jay asked Ailee, Ailee nodded and started sweeping again
Ailee and Jay finished cleaning and headed to their class
"Bye" Jay said and waved, Ailee lightly smiled and waved
During lunchtime Ailee wasn't hungry so she decided to keep cleaning
Ailee was sweeping the floor until her broom hit someones foot
Ailee looked at the shoes and saw highed heels
Ailee sighed knowing who it was already
"What do you want?" Ailee asked Jiyeon impatiently
"What i want is for you to stay away from Jay" Jiyeon said and pointed her finger at Ailee
"Does it look like i want to stay around him?" Ailee said to Jiyeon
"*gasp* are you talking bad about Jay oppa?" Jiyeon asked Ailee
"Maybe i am maybe i not" Ailee spat, Jiyeon gasped and rised her right hand up
Ailee noticed that and new that Jiyeon was going to slap her
Jiyeon's hand got held back by someone
"Jay?!" Jiyeon and Ailee said together
Jiyeon stepped back "Wha-- what are you doing here" She stuttered "I thought yo-- you were at the cafeteria"
"I thought you were using the bathroom" Jay responded
Ailee pointed to the room "Im going go now" She turned around and started walking
"Sorry" Jay shouted then he looked at Jiyeon "We need to have a chat"
Ailee sat down on the chair and looked around
The school bell ringed and she could hear student going out the building
She put on her headphones on and stood up
Her favorite song came on
She looked out the door and nobody was there
She smiled and started singing to her favorite song
She broomed and moved to the beat
The song ended and she heard clapping
She took her headphones off and turned around
She gasp and quickly put her headphones away
"Wow you're really good"
Ailee stood there "I-- uh" Ailee tried to speak "How long wer--" She cleared her voice "were you hear?"
"Long enought to hear how good you are"
Jay entered the room "There you are, Mint lets go" He saw Ailee" Hey Ailee, you can go now"
Ailee nodded and left
"Is she okay?' Jay asked
Mint smiled "She's good"
Ailee laid on her bed
She heard her mom and her brother yelling
"You cannot come here when ever you want especially when you're drunk"
"I can do what ever I want!"
Then she heard a glass breaking
She gasp and and grabbed her phone
She pressed the speed dial number
She walked back and forth waiting for him to pick up
"Hello, Ailee?"
"Dad, They're argueing again"
