Jung Sora's driving everyone crazy with her hyper, over-bubbly and bratty antics. She just loves to piss people off, and randomly goes crazy at times, being melodramatic and what-not, then goes through mood swings which often involves violence.

The problem is that she doesn't know it as she's too busy in her own world, popping bubbles or riding unicorns over the rainbows. When people try to stop her or try to shut her up, they can't bring themselves to do it as she's like a child on the inside, she throws tantrums or cries waterfalls at every negative thing in her life.

One fine day, her father has gotten enough of her, but as usual, melts at her every smile (or cry). And coincidentally, he chances across an advertisement that says "Brat Tamer", with a scary-looking face on it. He takes a chance and calls him up, and the very next day, a guy in a black coat and brown hat comes knocking at his door.

"Mr. Wu?"

"At your service, mister. Who's my victim for today?"

Gulp.
