“Alright class! Can anybody tell me the answer t-“ Mr.William’s voice was cut off with the sounds of thuds in the hallway. The room was dead silent. Mr.William stopped talking as he put down his book and marker. He gulped before walking towards the door. A loud pang of a gunshot could be heard. His eyes widened as well as the rest of the teenagers. A piercing girl’s scream could be heard but was easily cut off the moment another gunshot was sounded.  “Everyone get down and hide!” he whispered loud enough for them to hear as he locked the doors and switched off the lights. He reacted quick as he ran towards the curtains to close them, trying to make the room as dark as possible to hide everyone’s presence.
