Her Haven

Description

Cassie always knew that the world was never created perfect for her.

Her friends always mocked at her drawings and her teacher would just smile in a way like she just stepped on a pin. Her dad would come home in the evening, check how much she had practiced reading, and scold her when she made mistake. Mom had stopped cooking her favorite food. She hated it all. But when the bed time came and she was in her cave, and stories about princesses read in slow and imaginative way, she learned that the world was not that bad.

Cassie was not someone who whines or complains. Well, she did frown though.

She didn't mind it when she had to change her dream. She was still smiling when her only brother should leave her to study abroad. Not because he promised to bring her chocolate or take her to the amusement park when he came back home, but because she knew he must do what he had to do and she wanted to see him to be what he had always wanted to be. After all, she knew that he would come back again, and she wouldn't have to feel so scared.

Or wouldn't he?

Cassie never knew that poems are beautiful.

Until a stranger invaded her haven, and read her line after line of them.

Foreword

Haruskah saya menulis kata pengantar sebagaimana isi kata pengantar di skripsi?

Hi! I'm readonly. Just like my name, I've always been a read-only user. This is my very first attempt in making fictional story. Well, I never really wrote anything in the first place. I also don't really understand about how to post stories here, like how to insert tags so that people can find it and maybe decide to read it. But I'm trying my best to pour these ideas of mine into words.. *promise to myself*

Do leave some comment and suggestion to improve my writing.. :)

Thank you :)
