This is a preview for my first story. Please tell me what you think.

Waking up in the morning was always a hard thing for me to do. You would never be able to think of me as a morning person. But for some reason, I am glad that I was woken up early this morning as it was the beginning to the best day of my life.

As I implied, I really resent getting up early in the morning so when my phone blasted SHINee's song 'Dream Girl', signalling that someone was phoning, I wanted to chuck it across my room. Knowing that it wouldn't make a difference as the person would probably continue calling if I didn't answer and my Appa would kill me if I broke yet another phone, I sat up groggily and snatched my phone off of my bedside table. I checked the time on my alarm clock and wanted to kill the person for getting me up this early. It wasn't even 10am for crying out loud.

Not bothering to check the caller ID considering I was still half asleep, I slammed my finger down on the answer key and brought the phone up to my ear.

“Who the hell are you and what is so important as to wake me up at this hour?” I grumbled down the phone as I curled myself back down under the covers getting ready to sleep again as soon as this call was over.

“Seriously ________ -ah? You don't even want to talk to me?” I shot up hearing his voice, suddenly wide awake. It had been a week since I last spoke to him and I had been waiting for his call.

“I'm sorry Taemin Oppa. You know how cranky I get on mornings.” I muttered down the phone, feeling guilty for shouting at him.

I gained a chuckled as he said, “I do. I have woken you up on many mornings and ended up with a pillow in my face and cuss words thrown at me from all angles. So yes I do.”

“I'm sorry. I just can't stand mornings.” I stated as I blushed violently, glad that he couldn't see my face.

“It's okay. Now since your up, want to go out for breakfast with me?” He asked. I could just sense crossing his fingers. He always seemed to do that whenever he asked me something and wanted a positive answer.

“Yeah sure. Just give me an hour. Shall I meet you there or what?” I scrambled out of bed and started searching for clothes.

“I will come by to pick you up. I really need to catch up with you. We will have plenty of time today though. Mind spending the whole day with me?”

“No not at all. I would like that. I'll just have to let my Appa know so that he doesn't get worried. I can't wait to catch up with you too.” I said as a smile crossed across my lips. I couldn't wait for today.

“That's good then. I will see you in an hour. Oh and wear that nice dress I bought you. I think it would go great with the activities I have picked out for today.”

“Oh. Yeah sure. Bye for now. See you later Oppa.” I said as I cancelled my search for clothes and made my way towards my wardrobe.

“Bye ______-ah. See you soon”

I sighed as I hung up my phone and chucked my phone on my bed. Although it had only been a week since I last saw him, it felt like months. I was so glad that we were meeting up. I decided that today was the day that I would tell him.

You see I have been in love with Taemin for a long time now. I have been best friends with him since I was 6 years old. I had just moved to his school and I had no one to talk to. The teacher placed me to sit next to him and that was the first day of our friendship. We have been best friends since.

I have always wanted to tell him about my feelings for him but I just have never found the right time, but after what he went through this week, I want to tell him. Even if he rejects me at least I won't have kept it a secret for ever.

Once I got to my wardrobe, I took out that very special dress that Taemin had told me to wear and slipped it on.
