The next day...


Yonghwa waited in the hotel lobby with Seohyun’s biggest fan his niece Jung Nana.

“Uncle when is Seohyun coming down?” Nana asked her uncle excitedly 

“Just wait Nana she will be here with grandma any minutes from now” Yonghwa smiled in how excited his niece is 

“Grandma!” Nana run to give her grandmother  hugs and a kiss 

“Oh! Nana!” Mrs. Jung was caught by surprised by her granddaughter

“Seohyun! This is my grandaughter from my oldest son Nana” Mrs. Jung introduced her only granddaughter to Seohyun

“Anyonghaesayo Unnie! (with a slang) You’re my inspiration! I want to be a lawyer and beauty queen just too!”Nana’s eyes glittered when she introduced herself to Seohyun


“You’re a lawyer?” Yonghwa asked Seohyun surprisingly and she just nodded. 

Yes she is a lawyer and little did he know she is a Harvard graduate lawyer.

“Oh! Your so sweet Nana!” Seohyun hugs her 

“You can make your dreams come true too if you work hard for it” Seohyun rubs her back to give her encouragement

“ Thank you Unnie!”she pulled away from the hug. 

“Uggghhhh! Nana to bad granny have a meeting today! I’ll make it up to you honey okay! You just go with your uncle and Seohyun for today” Mrs. Jung disappointedly told her granddaughter and went out of the hotel. 



“So! Where will we go?” Nana told Yonghwa and Seohyun with her hand on her waist 

“Ahhh! I have an idea!” her eyes twinkle when she had something in mind 

“Serendipity it’s the most romantic restaurant in the world” she told them both 

“Where did you hear that Nana?” Yonghwa surprised by his niece suggestion asked 

“Movies!” she wiggles her brows at Yonghwa

“ahahahaha! She’s so cute” he laugh pinched his niece cheeks 

“She came all the way from Seattle just to see you” Yonghwa told Seohyun while carrying Nana 

“Oh! Im so glad you came for me Nana” she smiled at Nana

“I’ll cheer for you Unnie! Fighting” she enthusiastically said to her and Seohyun just laugh in how cute she is.

“Oh! What a cute family” the waiter greeted them when they arrived in Serendipity. 

“Oh! Were not a family” Seohyun quickly denied 

“Oh! A couple perhaps?” The waiter smiled 

“No!” Seohyun right away told him 

“Oh! Sorry for that then! Let me take you to your seats” the waiter guided them to their seats.

“Mr. isn’t this restaurant the most romantic restaurant in the world?” Nana asked

“well of course little girl” the waiter excitingly said 

“Told you uncle” she naughtily smiled at Yonghwa.

“Give us your most romantic menu” Nana instructed 

“Okay! Then the most romantic menu for this little girl.” the waiter said and got their order. The three concentrated in eating their lunch until the dessert came. 

“You two share! I’ll have this one” Nana grab the sundae and make Seohyun and Yonghwa share the other sundae

“Yah! Nana! Lets just share!” Yonghwa told her niece

“No! You two share that I’ll have this one for myself” Nana insisted. 

“If your uncomfortable with sharing with me you can have it” Seohyun offered

“No you can have it” Yonghwa insisted

“Yah! You two share before it melts” Nana told them both and they had no choice but to share.

Nana then hit Yonghwa’s feet and so Yonghwa look at her she was signalling him to wipe the syrup on Seohyun lips. 

“Seohyun!” he called her 

“huh?” she looked at him and he signaled her to whip her lips 

“Huh?” Seohyun was confused

“ Aiiisssshhh! I’ll wipe it” he went towards her and wipe the syrup

“Ayyyeee! This sure is the most romantic restaurants in the world” Nana while eating her sundae 

“yah! You sly little fox!” he told his niece while tickling her

“Unnie look his hurting me!” Nana shouted and Seohyun just laugh at them.

They then proceeded to Central Park to skate 

“Oh! Nana! Don’t leave me I don’t know how to balance this” Seohyun shouted 

“ Aissshhh! You two hold each other” Nana naughtily got both hand and let them hold each others hands . Seohyun then quickly grab her hands off Yonghwa 

“Yah! Want to fall?” he got her hands back and they skated together. For few minutes they were not awkward with each other they laugh and joked around like nothing happened.

“Your parents really look cute together” the girl in the skate rink told Nana

“Oh! We get that a lot” Yonghwa smiled at the girl 

“Their not my parents his my uncle and she is the future Miss Universe” Nana told the girl 

“Oh! I’ll be rooting for you then” the girl told Seohyun

“Thank you” she bowed at the girl 

“Don’t worry! They will be a couple someday” Nana shouted at the girl and skates away from her uncle who was mad at her.

“Yah! Yah! Jung Nana! Jung Nana” Yonghwa shouted and chased Nana 

“Yonghwa don’t leave me!” Seohyun stayed still 

“Oh! I forgot ! He got Seohyun and they skated again. They were so busy having fun with each other that they didn’t notice Nana gone. 

“Yah! Where’s Nana?” Seohyun asked Yonghwa

“She’s probably their hiding” Yonghwa calmly said 

“yah! She’s not there” Seohyun was starting to panic

“Uggghhh! This little girl” Yonghwa said. Few hours of searching they still cant find Nana. 

“Where can she be?” she rubs hands together to heat herself

“She’s just here?” Yonghwa searched for Nana and gave Seohyun his jacket

“What if she’s gone?” Seohyun starts crying

“She wont” Yonghwa assured her giving a hug 

“How can you be so calm when your niece is gone?” Seohyun asked still crying 

“Because I know that girl she knows New York more than me” Yonghwa trying to make Seohyun calm down . Few minutes later Nana came back eating a hot dog 

“ Uncle hi! Im back!” Nana waved at them smiling. Seohyun then turned around and hug Nana 

“where have you been? We’ve been looking for you” Seohyun cried

“Unnie! Why are you crying?” she gave her uncle a confused look

“Yah! Yah! Yah! We were so worried for you Jung Nana!” Yonghwa scolded her.

“I’m sorry unnie I won't do it again” she hugs Seohyun back. 



After the incident the three went back to the hotel 

“I’ll sleep on granny’s room! Bye uncle bye unnie!” Nana run toward the elevator leaving the two alone. 

“Bye! I had fun” Yonghwa told her 

“I had fun too! Bye “ Seohyun waved her hand to him and he just smiled when he saw her smile.




The next day! Yonghwa was baby sitting Nana while they watch Ms. Universe practice there opening. He would just laugh at looking at her niece follow the dance steps. 

“Yah! Nana give this to Seohyun on the backstage” he asked her niece to hand to Seohyun a ticket of US Open quarter finals. 

“How much will I get for this uncle?” she asked 

“Yah! You used all my money up when you chose to eat in Serendipity yesterday! I acted cool about it but it was freakin expensive you know! $2,000 for a sundae! WTF!” Yonghwa told her 

“Aish! Fine Fine!” Nana went to the backstage and handed the ticket to Seohyun 

“ Unnie Uncle wants you to have this!” she told Seohyun 

“what‘s this?” Seohyun asked “I don’t know!” Nana innocently answered. When Seohyun reed the ticket a smile was flustered on her face she really wanted to see this game between Nadal and Roddick 

“Tell your uncle to give it to me personally” she gave the ticket back to Nana.


When Nana went out Yonghwa excitingly went to her 

“What did she say? Did she accept it?” he asked her she then handed the ticket back to her uncle 

“She rejected it?” a disappointed looking Yonghwa ask

“she wants you to hand it to her personally uncle” she sighed

“Oh!” Yonghwa then got the ticket back.

In the car Yonghwa nonchalantly handed her the ticket when she went inside the front seat 

“What time is it?” Seohyun asked . 

“Seven I’ll pick you up by six?” he asked her

“Okay!” she agreed. Yonghwa then smiled and gave his niece a wink Nana just rolled her eyes at his uncle.

Yonghwa arrived in the hotel early and so he waited for her in the lobby. She went down at exactly six and saw Yonghwa waiting for her.

“Did you wait long?” he look up at her and gaved her a smile

“No!” he stood up and called a taxi 

“Lets just ride a taxi! No parking area” he told her. He cant help but be amaze of her beauty she was just wearing t-shirt, shorts and snickers but she still looks so gorgeous he cant take her eyes of her legs.



“So who are you rooting for?” he asked her in the cab. 

“I’ll go for Nadal! you?” Seohyun asked him back 

“I’ll go for Roddick then” he smiled. 

“Fine! I’ll win then!” she told him

“lets see!” He smiled at her.

“ahhhh! Lets make a bet!” Yonghwa suggested 

“What?” Seohyun asked him 

“If Roddick wins I get a kiss” he told her 

“and what if Nadal wins? She asked 

“Then I’ll kiss you!” he smiled 

“Whatever! Its not a punishment” she left him and bought some food.



The two enjoyed the game they cheered and shouted for their bets until it started to rain

“its drizzling” Yonghwa told Seohyun while he took his jacket of and covered both him and Seohyun from the rain 

“Lets go!” he grab Seohyun’s hand and brought her to a sheltered corner. 

“You okay?” he wipes away the water from the rain

“Yeah!” she replied

“To bad we didn’t finish the game” Yonghwa told her

“I know what a waste” she pouted

“Lets go! Lets go!” Yonghwa grab her hand as they proceeded back to the hotel.


“Thanks” Seohyun thank Yonghwa for dropping her to the hotel 

“No problem” Yonghwa replied and proceeded back to the exit.

“Yonghwa!” Seohyun called and Yonghwa turned back

“would you like to have a tea? She offered 

“sure!sure!” he smiled.

The two proceeded to the elevator and went to Seohyun’s room. 

“Wait here I’ll brew some tea” Seohyun said as she proceeded to the kitchen. Yonghwa sat on the couch and on the TV while waiting for Seohyun. 

“Its cold right?”she handed him his tea 

“Yeah!” Yonghwa rub his hands to heat himself. Seohyun then grab a blanket from her bed 

“Here!” she shared it with him. They sitted side by side and drank their tea. Then Yonghwa rest his head on Seohyun’s and she was surprised but just smiled while watching the TV. Her heart was beating fast and she got tingles everywhere. Then Yonghwa started to leaning towards her he then give her a peck on the lips he then gave her another from pecks the kiss intensified. The kissing was getting steamy that it was Yonghwa who broke the kiss and controlled himself. 

“Uhmmmm..Seohyun! I think I have to go!” he told her 

“ahhhhh!Yeah!” Seohyun answered with her eyes still close and lips slightly apart. 

“Fetch you tomorrow okay” Yonghwa he leaned in to kiss her forehead

“okay!” She smiled

The next morning:

Ring dong! Ring dong!

“Ready?” Yonghwa asked her when she opened the door

“yeah! Lets go” Seohyun closed the door and started walking

“Nana is waiting for us outside”Yonghwa said and hold her hands

“Really!” Seohyun smiled

“Why am I falling for this guy again? I should avoid him” she told herself


“Yeah! Unfortunately she’s tagging along again” Yonghwa rolled his eyes

“ well I don’t mind” Seohyun laugh


In the lobby:


“Uncle!” Nana called

“hey kiddo” Yonghwa replied

“Omo!” Yonghwa covered Nana’s mouth before she comments on them holding hands.

Seohyun let go his hands and he grabs it again.

“why?” he whispered

“I cant be seen holding hands with you” she told him

“why not!” he was confused

“coz I don’t wanna create a scandal you know ! not now!” she said and walk toward his car.

“owwwwwsss! Lets go uncle” Nana looks at his uncle who was disappointed. 

Yonghwa was silent during the drive and so does Seohyun



“You know what! I don’t get you” Yonghwa blurted out

“Look were not in a relationship and we were never in a relationship and I don’t get why your mad” Seohyun said

“We kissed last night! It didn’t mean anything to you” Yonghwa said

“You guys kissed?” Nana was surprised 

“ Stop butting in Nana” Yonghwa scolded her 

“We just kissed we even did more than that! It means nothing” Seohyun said

“ Means nothing?” Yonghwa step the brake and face her

“Means nothing? Cover your ears Nana! means nothing to you” Yonghwa raise his voice

“ its was a one night stand! It was nothing” she acted as if it was nothing to her

“ yeah! Coz probably done it a lot time” Yonghwa angrily said

“ yeah! Coz that’s what I’ll always be to you cheap and easy” Seohyun said

“I never said that! Did I ever said that?” Yonghwa defended

“But you always make me feel that way” Seohyun silently said but Yonghwa can hear it

“You guys stop fighting! Unnie would be late” Nana said

Yonghwa sigh and started driving his car to the place for the event.

“You don’t have to wait for me I can go home alone” Seohyun demanded

“fine!” he angrily replied

“Nana if your going no one’s going to send you home” Yonghwa said

“I can send her home” Seohyun said

“She’s not your niece” Yonghwa angrily said

“ I’ll just go with you uncle” Nana said knowing his uncle is not in the mood.

“ I’ll go bye” Seohyun went out of his car

“ Lets just eat something uncle” Nana transferred in the front seat and comforted her uncle.


They arrive in the Hotels café and Nana ordered the food for them.

“Try this uncle” Nana offered him ice cream and he just ignored it.

“Don’t worry uncle im here for you” she kiss his cheeks and hug him. Yonghwa just shakes his head and smile

“I’ll just go find you a new girl uncle” she added and it made Yonghwa smile again.

“aiiiisshhhh! You never fail to make uncle smile” Yonghwa mess up her hair


Few minutes later Mrs. Seo came…

“Grandma!” Nana called

“Hi! Guys!”

“Hi!” Nana greeted


“why is your uncle so grumpy?” Mrs. Seo said her observation

“His love sick” Nana laugh

“I’ll go now! I wanna rest” Yonghwa said

“ Okay! Oh by the way where‘s Seohyun?” Mrs. Seo said

“ ask her she said she’ll go home alone! I gotta go! Bye” He said and went to his car.

“tell granny what happen sweety” Mrs.Seo asked Nana when Yonghwa left.

Hey guys I'm back miss me? Sorry for not updating this... I actually finish this a long time ago already but I felt like something was missing so I didn't post it.  I've been working on 3 yongseo stories mostly angsty romance kinda genre. I'm just having a hard time concentrating on writing lately.Usually I find myself very creative when I write at night but ugghhhh I end up sleeping at 8pm always. I also blame my I-pad mini its just to hard to type using that thing. I should buy those keyboard for ipad so that I can type faster using that thing.

Excuses...Excuses for my procrastination... ahahhaahha

grrrr... im getting rusty with my writing forgive me.
