<Shinwoo, Gongchan, Jinyoug>

Gongchan is suffering inside and it pains Shinwoo seeing him like that. Gongchan loves Shinwoo all along and Shinwoo knows that but he tells Gongchan that he only sees him as a brother. Reason being Jinyoung likes Shinwoo too and he don't want to hurt any of them so he acts like he have feelings for none of them. Truth is Shinwoo have loved Gongchan all this while too. Initially, Shinwoo really thought he only treats Gongchan as a brother, just that because he's the maknae and he's really cute that's why he shower him with extra care. He is slow with relationship so it took him longer to realise his own feelings.

[Flashback #1]

/ "Hyung, do you like Channie?" "Ne. Channie is cute, smart and really nice. He's a really good brother." "Ani, hyung i mean do you have feelings for Channie?" "Ne? Feelings? A-ani he's just a maknae brother." "Then hyung do you have feelings for me?" "You? Jinyoung, i treat you as a brother as well. I see everyone as my younger brother." "Hyung, although i call you hyung, you're only 5 months older than me! Hyung, can i request that you see me as something more as just a brother? Can you try to like me? I really like you and i hope you can accept my feelings." "Jinyoung-ah. I...." "Hyung please, just try?" /

Shinwoo did not reply. His mother instinct is kicking on him and he doesn't want to hurt Jinyoung so he decided to try. It wasn't long till he realise he actually likes Gongchan but he did not want to hurt Jinyoung so he kept it to himself and continue trying to like Jinyoung. They weren't dating though.

[Flashback #2]

/ "Shinwoo hyung?" "Ne Channie?" "Are you dating Jinyoung hyung?" Gongchan gathered all of his courage to ask this question. He is scared to get the answer he dreads to hear. "Ani. We're not dating." "Jinjja?" Gongchan replies almost immediately, face lit up and grins. "Ne. What's wrong?" Gongchan just stares at Shinwoo smiling, unable to take his eyes of the older. "Channie? What's so funny?" Gongchan takes in one deep breath before confessing. "Shinwoo hyung, i love you. I love you from the start, love being in your care, love the way we are close despite our being the biggest. I was so worried that you are dating Jinyoung hyung i almost break down." Shinwoo was stunned. He have no idea how to respond. He wishes to hug him and tell him he loves him too and he always felt so but he know he will hurt Jinyoung. Besides, he promised Jinyoung to try liking him haven't he? By admitting he likes Gongchan is considered betraying Jinyoung and that'll hurt him more. He can't possibly do that to their poor leader can he? He knows if he reject Gongchan, he will be hurt too but at least the pain is minimised right? There's no win-win solution for this so he can only choose to create minimal amount of damage. "Channie, mianhae. I've always treated you as my brother, nothing much. Because you're the maknae that's why i gave you more care. Sorry if i caused misunderstanding or led you on. Besides, I've already promise Jinyoung i will try to like him and i can't possibly break the promise now. I hope you can move on. Really sorry." Gongchan's face went blank. Its too much for him to accept. He felt like he drop from heaven to hell, too much emotions for him to process. He tried to keep calm though because he's very sensible, he don't wish to worry Shinwoo so he did not break down at that point. At least not in front of him. "Ne i understand. You've always been one to keep promises. Besides, its my fault to think of you like that. I'll move on hyung. Sorry for scaring you." Gongchan left for the bathroom after calmly replying. Once he locked the door of the bathroom, he broke down. Tears won't stop falling and his heart hurt badly. On the other hand, tears starting flowing from the oldest too. He knows Gongchan is being considerate and held back all tears, trying to act like he's fine before him but breaking down in a corner when he's alone. Usually at this kind of time, Shinwoo is usually the one comforting Gongchan. He understands him a lot so he know when he breaks down. He just didn't expect him to be the one causing such pain to the youngest. He wanted to shout out how much he love him, how he did not mean whatever he says just now, how he wish to break the promise towards Jinyoung, how happy he is to know Gongchan reciprocates his feelings but being the oldest and the mother of the group, he can't and shouldn't be doing this. They ended up acting like nothing has happened that day and things got awkward between them. /

Shinwoo felt terrible on the inside and he knows Gongchan isn't feeling any better. He could see how hurt Gongchan is even though he acts like he's fine and all because he's the one that knows him best. Gongchan have to act like it isn't hurting him at all and nothing has happened but it isn't easy at all. He tried his best though and the other members were of course deceived by his acts but he knows that Shinwoo can see his pain from his eyes. They understand each other too well and that made it worse. Gongchan can see that Shinwoo does not only treat him as a brother. He knows that Shinwoo is lying when he say he's just a brother. He just didn't want to hurt Jinyoung. Gongchan didn't want to hurt Jinyoung either so he played along. Afterall, Jinyoung is the next closest hyung to him after Shinwoo.

"Hyung! Come to the hospital now! Gongchan's hospitalised!" "What? What happen to him? Is he ok? He's not in any danger is he?" "I.... i don't know how to explain hyung. Just come over to the hospital now. I'll text you where." "I'll be over immediately!" Shinwoo rushes to the hospital finding all other members gathered outside the operation room. "What's going on? Why is Channie hospitalised?" Shinwoo almost shouted. "Hyung i-i'm sorry. Gongchan was hurt because of me." Jinyoung said while sobbing. "Why because of you? What did you do?" "I wasn't paying attention and someone shove past me and i ended up colliding into Channie and he fell hard onto the floor, his head hitting against some hard object and bleed non-stop." "Aish!" Shinwoo hit the wall with his hand, causing it to bruise almost immediately. "Hyung don't do this please! I'm sorry! I'm really sorry hyung!" "I.... I don't know what to say to you now. Don't talk to me for the moment. I know you aren't to blame but i can't help being angry." Shinwoo walks to a corner praying nothing happens to Gongchan. Soon, the doctor came out of the room and Shinwoo immediately run to him. "Doctor how is he now?" "Don't worry the injury isn't too serious. There is also no blood clot in his brain so he'll be fine. He needs to be hospitalised for some more check to make sure there is no implications though."(Doctor) "Thanks so much doctor!"

~Few days later~

Jinyoung stood outside Gongchan's room looking at Shinwoo taking care of Gongchan, eyes full of love. He haven't seen Shinwoo laugh so happily after that particular night.

*knocks*

"Channie are you feeling ok?" Jinyoung walks in. Shinwoo is no longer angry with him. "Ne I'm fine thanks for your concern hyung!" Gongchan smiles at Jinyoung sincerely. "Mianhae Channie. Its my fault you're hospitalised. I'm really sorry. In order to make up for it, i have a gift for you." "Its ok hyung you don't need to do this. Really." "Ani Channie. I'm not just sorry for this. Before that, can i borrow Shinwoo hyung for a moment?" "Ne? No problem." Shinwoo follows Jinyoung out of the room. "Yes Jinyoung? What's wrong?" Jinyoung takes in a deep breath and prepare himself for what he is going to do. "Hyung I'm giving up." "Giving up? On what?" "You. I'm giving up on you." "Huh?" "Hyung i know you love Channie and he returns your feelings. I know you act like you don't like him because you don't want to hurt me. I always thought perhaps you have a little feelings for me that's why you choose to carry on trying to like me so i selfishly act like i have no idea on what's going on, like no one is hurting. Now I'm confirmed you have always only love Channie and I'm nothing more that a brother. I'm really sorry for causing much pain to both of you so I'm finally giving up." "Jinyoung i.... i really don't wish to hurt you. Mianhae." "Hyung, don't worry about me. True its going to hurt at first but I'll be ok. I'll get over it eventually. As long as you two are happy, I'll be happy too. Now go and confess to Channie. This is my gift to make up for everything." "Jinyoung..." "Hurry go!" "Thanks Jinyoung!" Shinwoo give Jinyoung a peck on the cheek and hurries back into the room. Jinyoung's tears start falling the moment Shinwoo got into the room but he told himself he will get over it and he mean it.

~Back in the room~

"Channie!" Shinwoo runs to Gongchan and hugs him tightly. "Hy-hyung! I-i can't b-br-breathe!" Shinwoo immediately let go of Gongchan. "Mianhae!" "Its ok hyung. What got you so happy? Where's Jinyoung hyung?" Shinwoo's face fell a little at the said name. "Jinyoung... He knows about our feelings and he decide to give up. I know I've hurt him but he said he'll get over eventually and i hope he really does. I really really love you a lot and wish to be with you." "Jeongmal? He really said that? Hyung i love you a lot too!" Gongchan shouts out as he hugs Shinwoo. They pulled away soon and Shinwoo wipes off the tears on Gongchan's cheek. "Ya why are you crying? Shouldn't you he happy?" "Pabo hyung! I'm too happy this is tears of joy!" They giggled at each other before staring in the eyes, slowly moving in, catching each other's lips. Their lips move along in sync and they shared a slow but sweet kiss.

Ahhhhh the ending always gets screwed up! I hope its good enough though! It took me long enough to get on with this, that explains the time gap. This is my first B1A4 fic so i needed time to give them a character. Hope you guys enjoy it! I love ShinChan couple they're too cute! However i still love my ChunJoe more wahahaha!
