The noise was like an infernal racket.
"Shut up..." Yun whined, covering his ears and rolling over, a small shiver running up his spine.
At that, his eyes flew open.
The room wasn't particularly bright, but he knew where he was. And that wasn't a good thing.
Yun stood, quickly running to his phone and pressing the answer button. Automatically, it played on loudspeaker.
Teo's caller ID appeared on the screen, a selca of him winking and portraying the peace sign with his left hand just above it.
"Hey, Yun-ah! Thank god you picked up. What took you so long? Nevermind... When are you going to be here? We're all dying to see you!" The phone made a crackling sound, as though his signal was bad, "We're all dying to see you!" Teo repeated, making Yun's eyebrows furrow. Before he had time to answer, Teo spoke again, "We're all dying."
After that, Teo said something incoherent, his voice changing pitches and speed, as if someone were tampering with it.
