“You sure you will be there for the last day of the concert?” yoochun asked Karen. “of  course, I told you already I would’t miss it, I just

have to wait for Krystal to come back from her vacation and we will be there” Karen pinched yoochun’s chubby cheeks. Yoochun lay

on her lap. “will you miss me for 2 days?” he asked. “No” she replied automatically. His eyes widen as he sit up again. He hold Karen’s

both shoulder making her facing him. “you will not miss me?” he asked with a hint of disappointment in his voice. His eyes are showing

the emotion too. She decided to continue teasing him. “of course I will not. I will be back in the hospital in a few days so, I will be busy,

Gosh how I miss working in a busy environment” she uttered. She talked to Yoochun about going back to the hospital. She wanted to

go back. The job she had maybe pays a lot but, she rarely do anything, she is a girl of action. She loves to live up to her title as a nurse

so yoochun haven’t got a chance to change her mind. He wants Karen to be happy. “honey….” Yoochun pouted and rested his forehead

on Karen’s shoulder. She laughed “you are just teasing me right?” he asked looking at her while resting his chin on her shoulder. “okay,

I am. So please go, you need to rest for your flight tomorrow, would you want me to help you pack your things?” she asked. They are in

his house. “omma helped me already” he smiled sheepishly. “oh okay.” She suddenly felt shy. “oh, we have a guest?” Karen stiffed with

the sound of that voice.

“Oh we have guest?” Yoochun turn to see his mom standing on the back of the couch. “omma! Have you eaten already, Karen cooked

something” yoochun happily greeted his mother. Karen kept her head down. It is the first time that she will meet his mother. “so she is

Karen?” yoochun’s mom uttered Karen look up and saw a very pretty ajumma in front of her. Know she news where yoochun got his

looks. “good evening ma’am” Karen bowed. “Omo, don’t call me like that dear. Call me Imo or better yet Omma” Karen eyes widen and

she stared are the smiling Mama Park. “Imo, have you eaten yet? I could..” “sure dear lets go, lets leave chunnie here, let’s talk” Mama

Park dragged Karen to the kitchen leaving the head scratching yoochun on the living room.

“I heard you are a nurse” Mama Park uttered. Karen nod. “yes imo, I am returning to the hospital now since I don’t do anything

productive really in Cjes. I discovered that yoochun just wants me to be there” she said. Mama Park giggled. “aigoo that kid, He still

find ways for the situation favorable for him” Karen simply smiled. “where’s your parents dear?” “they are now in the country side,

they go back in our house here from time to time but they like it in the country side. They are thinking of moving permanently there”

“the country side is good, so relaxed” Karen nod in agreement.  “this is good. Yoochun is a bad cook so I am relieved that you are a

good cook” Karen frown. “Does he need a maid?” she asked. Yoochun’s omma laughed. “aigoo you are so adorable Karen. I’ve always

wanted a girl but I got two boys, I wish you could be my daughter” Mama Park said then eat again.  “should I kidnap her omma and

never let her go?” Karen felt yoochun arms wrapped around her waist. She panicked she swat his arms away. “ouch why?” he asked

rubbing his arm. “your mother is here” she hissed. “sorry about that Imo,” “on second thought, I don’t want you to call me imo..”

karen’s eyes soften. His mother don’t like her. “Call me omma”

“go back whenever you can Karen, I would love to talk to you again. Bring your sister too. It’s fun to be surrounded by girls for once”

“deh.. imo..” “bwo?” yoochun’s mom .. she sighed. “Deh omma” Mama Park smiled and hugged her. “thank you for making

my yoochun’s life balanced” mama park whispered to her. Karen feel like crying hearing that coming from the woman who bring life

to him. It’s really a compliment. “thank you for giving birth to him” she whispered back. Mama Park laughed and pulled away. She

puts a hand on her cheek. “We are the only woman in his life now” Karen blushed. “Omma, give me my girlfriend back” yoochun

protested as he is standing on the side of his car. “arasso, you possessive guy. Bring home Karen safe okay?” “of course omma. Bye see

you later, sleep early we have an early flight” Mama park nod. “I love you omma!” “I love you son” he waved and get to Karen’s side to

open the door.

“you look like your mom” Karen started as they are driving along the busy streets of seoul going to her house. “heard that a lot” he

smiled. “she’s really pretty, she’s prettier than me” “you are prettier” he uttered “no, your mom is. Gosh I want to be just like her, well

my mom looks young too. I want to be like them” Karen uttered. “No I don’t want” yoochun pouted. She look at him. “why?” she got

this frown on her face there he is again acting like a child. “my mom got lots of suitors you know, I don’t want men chasing you around

even if we are oldies” he said. She chuckled. “it’s like you are sure that we will be together when we reach that age” “because I am”

Karen was confuse. “what?” she asked. Yoochun sighed. “let’s talk about it next time. Here is not a good place for it” he said and look at

her. He tucks a lock of hair in her ear. “let’s walk under the cherry blossoms first before getting you home. I love walking in the spring

with you Karen”
