Since the beginning of time, there have always been two clans; the Busters and the Hume. The Busters were people that took the form of the beasts dwelling deep inside their heart, while the Hume were people that were blessed with the gift of magic. The two clans warred against each other, and after centuries of war and bloodshed, the war came to an end by the hand of a new clan of humans who had neither gifts. While a great many number of tales of the two original clans had been passed down onto the humans who now rule the Earth, only one survives today, though it now bears little resemblance to the truth.
