he stands like an abandoned lost child, who was left astray, and had nowhere to go.
the first raindrop lands on his cheeks, softly rolling down to meet with the streaks of his tears. the rain continues to cascade down, slowly, and ever so steadily, as its intensity grows and daehyun fidgets uneasily.
another raindrop drops on his ears.
daehyun, we're so sorry
suddenly -
a choked sob, a body tumbling, and a plead to the sky,
