~Joongyi pov~

Sitting next to my appa on the plane, about 30 mintues to landing in the airport in korea. I open the blind to my window and see the sweet night lights of korea. Butterflies fill my stomach. To be able to live in korea once again. Living in America for the past 3 years leaving all my good friends back in California. But also missing my old friends back in my old city seoul.

"Sweety, were almost home arnt we?" Appa asked yawning turning towards me

"Neh appa, i miss korea i get to meet all my old friends again!" i happly told him

"Neh. i think tihs time we're staying for good. And now you can visit omma whenever."

My feelings of returning sank deep down. As omma's beautiful face appeard in my head. I gave my appa a small smile

"Adiso, I think we should pay her a visit sometime this weekend....its been awhile"

"Neh, my sweet child" Appa tiredly yawned and fell back asleep

I turned back to look at the lights, the thoughts of losing my omma returned to me. Those we're my worst memories ever. I touched the small fainted scar on my back left shoulder, another fainted scar placed on top of my right side on my forehead. My appa didnt want me to remember how my omma died. Hes payed surgens to give me surgery returning my looks to the same covering up most of my horrible scars mostly on my back. And now theres only two fainted scars on my body. The accident happend 6 years ago but i still remembered. My thoughts distured when the flight attendence voice beeped on.

"Annyeonghaseyo passengers, we will be landing in 15 mintues please fasten your seat belts and turn off all your phones until we have landed. Gamsahmnida and have a good rest of the night"

The butterflies of returning came back to me and my thoughts of omma we're forgotten.

"15 mintues left until i land in Seoul! Im so excided!!" i thoug while putting my seat belt on. I awoke my appa and told him to put on his seat belt. 15 minutes has past and we finally landed. After exiting the plane and getting our luggages we looked for the exit of the gate. After the sliding doors opened the scent of Korea hit me. i stopped for a good intake breath and closed my eyes. When i opened them i searched for appa. I found him standing by a man holding a sign that said "Yang Taewan" I walked over by them and bowed in respect to the older fellow, something i havent done in a long time

"This is my daughter Yang Joong-Yi. You remember her right, you met her when she was just in grade school." Appa began to introduce to us "Joong yi you remember Mr.Lee, appas good old friend"

"Nehhhhhh, of course i remember her. You were just a wee little girl." He exclamied, showing me how small i was back then. I just akwardly smiled at him and began tugging on appa.

"Mianhae ajeossi but.....could you exscuse us for a bit?" I kindly asked now pulling on appas arm

"ahhh Neh neh. Take your time." He replyed back

I pulled appa a few feet away from the strange man

"Appaa, who is he? is he the driver??"

"Ani! hes my close friend! i work with him sweety, in fact we're going to be staying at his house until i find a new one we can live in."

"What happened to our house?" asking him, not really wanting to know the answer

"Well......i sold it"

"BWOH!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU SOLD OUR HOUSE????!!!!!!!!!" appa covered my shocked face and we both looked back at his friend, who was looking at us we gave him a small innocent smile. I removed his hand and took a small step away from him.

"Why would you sell our house?!"

"Well...i wasnt sure if we we're coming back to korea or not, so i sold it. We'll be living him just until i find us a new house adiso? Be a good girl and listen to your appa." He patted my head and smiled at my shocked expression. He walked back to the ajeossi and grabbed our cart of luggage's and began to walk away. He turned back and called after me

"Joong yi-ah! you coming or not? We're leaving" And began to walk away again leaving me in the same spot

"neh....."i weakly replyed and slowly followed after
