Hey Taemin,

I'm sorry for not talking a lot today, I'm jut a bit depressed from yesterday. Did I tell you yet?
Well, we had to put my dog down, he had a bad bite from another dog up the street on his leg and they couldn't do anything about it.
I should be a bit better tomorrow, but I can't garuntee anything. I'm sorry for this depressing mood, it must not be fun to be around me like this.
Oh well, what can you do? I guess I have to think positivly, it can only get better from here.
Anyway, I hope you're well. Tell me how it goes with your older cousin in town on Monday, I'd love to hear about it.

Foreword

"Who's that from?" my elder cousin asked, snatching the light pink letter from my hand. "A girl?" He unfolded it and started reading it.

I snatched it back. "No!" I folded it back up and put it in my back pocket. "Er, well, yes it is from a girl. But it's not like that. She's just my friend."

"A friend who's dog just died." he said, poking my chest. I looked down and he flicked up at my nose, I hated when he did that to me. "Why don't you go buy her some ice cream?"

"Oh, no I couldn't." I said, turning to the staircase to go up to my room, but he grabbed my shoulder.

"Yes, you could." He took out his wallet and handed me a ten dollar bill. "In fact, I'll go with you!"

"No really. I think she's still a bit shaken and everyth-"

He took my backpack off and before I knew it we were outside walking down the street to her house. This could get intresting.
