"Nice one _____!!!!" Your coach, Mr. Park said.

You were practicing your skating dance in the rink, You were tired already. *Just a couple more spins and I'm done* You said.

After a couple spins you went for a triple lutz, but you fell. "Ah" You fell on the ground

"______!!" Your coach ran to you, "Are you ok? You should take a rest now, let's practice tomorrow" 

"But the competition is near, I need to perfect the triple lutz." You said

"Two words. DAY. OFF" Mr Park said and went away. 

You pouted *Tonight, I'll come back and practice" You said to yourself, then you packed your things and went home. 

That night you went back to the rink to practice, 

You put on your skates and skated. After an hour you still haven't perfected the triple lutz. 

"Again" you said, "I'll perfect it this time" You said. Then you heard a tsk tsk sound. You turned your head and saw Mr Park there in the door

"Coach!" You went towards him. You bowed "Good Evening" 

"Didn't I told you to go rest?" He said

"I did, And I came back." You said

"Why are you killing yourself?" he said

"Coach. I'm not killing myself," You smiled

"But you are over stressing yourself, we still have time to practice" He said.

"Alright" You said, you packed your things and went home and took a deep sleep
