“So this is what you want? You’re no longer mad with me? Omo, you must be very hungry” Siwon chuckled and smiled sweetly at the sight in front of him. Sure, he already saw her eat for countless times even since before they’re officially become couple, but the sight never failed to amuse him. How she pouted when it took longer time to wait until the food come, how she smiles brightly and excitedly munching her food, how cute her voice and her expression when she managed to talk with him while eating. She is beautiful, he acknowledged it, but she’s surely become more and more beautiful when she’s eating, he thought.

Sooyoung swallowed her food then scowled him, “Yah, I said spend one day with me, dinner doesn’t count” she said, gave him ‘mehrong’ pose then continue eating, not even looked at him.

 “So, what should I do then, nae gongjunim?” 

“Just wait until I finished with this one” she said eyeing the foods on the table.

It was silence for few seconds. Siwon had already finished his dinner few minutes before, so he just sat there with sweet smile on his face, looking at his adorable girlfriend.

“Syoung-ah~”

“mmm…”

“I love seeing your hair tied up like this”

“…”

“But don’t get me wrong, you’re always pretty no matter what hairstyles you used”

“…”

“I love your no makeup face”

“Sooyoungie neomu yeppeo~” he sang SHINee’s song

“And you wear our couple bracelet, you love Siwonie soooooo much right?” Siwon said cutely.

Sooyoung put the spoon on the plate and stop eating and glared at her boyfriend, “Aish this horse guy! Stop with those mushy-mushy stuff, you made me goosebumps” she complained.

“But you like it eh?”

Siwon felt like giggling inside, she’s mad at him but her face was blushing madly. And he wanted to correct his last statement, Sooyoung is not only become more and more beautiful when she’s eating but also when she’s blushing like this. Those cute puffy cheeks of her which turned into crimson red just like tomatoes, make him wanna pinched it, and so he really did it. Pinched her cheeks.

“Yah it hurts! I’m still eating you pabo stop disturbing me!”

“Aigooo~ my girlfriend looks cuter when she’s mad”

Sooyoung glared at him again.

“Ok, I’ll stop now, enjoy your dinner dear” he smiled sweetly, Sooyoung just rolled her eyes.

“Annyeong namjachingu~ I bring my own car so you don’t need to drive me home” she waved her hands and slowly walked away to the parking area where she parked her car. Seems like that girl is on happy mood after eating.

“Sooyoung-ah! Don’t you think you forget something?” he called her, raising his eyebrows.

Sooyoung turned back and walked towards Siwon, her face slowly turned into red again. She kissed him shortly then walked away again, covered her face.

Siwon laughed silently, “Well that’s not what I meant but gomawo Youngie!” he said happily.

Sooyoung stuck in her place, not even dared to look back, not even dared how red her face was. “Pabo pabo pabo” she cursed herself.

“Remember about say something to me after dinner?” he asked. Luckily their distance wasn’t that far and that place was quiet. Sooyoung smacked her head lightly, how could she forget that? She smiled happily and turned her head, “Check your messages when you get home, don’t you dare to forget open it! Just do what written there. Any excuses would be ignored. Nite namjachingu~”

Siwon tapped his watch impatiently as he looked around SM’s front area. He sighed, rubbing his own hands. One more looked at his watch, 11:450 KST. She’s been late for 45 minutes. Did she just play prank on him? Is it April Fools? but it’s not April and it’s summer.  Siwon dialed his girlfriend’s phone number. Tut..tuut..tuut…Siwon hissed and put the phone back inside his pocket, silently cursed at the weather. It’s summer now, why the hell the weather could be this cold? Few minutes passed, he let out a big yawn. Who wouldn’t? He just went back home at 9 after the dinner. Half conscious as he walked to his bedroom. All he wanted to do now was sleep, forgetting those drama scripts, Taiwanese language, dancing, and everything. And just when he was about to close his eyes, his phone beeped. One message received.

From: My boo nae jagiya SY

Yah! Ma Siwon,  you haven’t sleep right? If you do please wake up or Sooyoungie will come to you and hit your hard ^.^ Now packed some clothes and anything necessary and meet me in front of SM at 11 this night, no need to bring car, I’ll take care everything. Don’t you dare to forget it oppa, you know ‘something not good’ would welcome you if you do~  Any excuses are invalid. Night~ Have a nice sleep, Chuu :3

And Siwon had no idea whether he should be happy because her girlfriend being mysterious and more likely give him surprise or acted the opposite because he was sure he can’t sleep after this, thinking about his sometimes childish yet lovely girlfriend and what she’s up to. Just the thought of her made him smiled like a fool and felt those butterflies inside his stomach. So he got up from his bed and start packing, still smiling.

Siwon hissed again“ Aish that Choi Sooyoung, 2 minutes more and if she doesn’t come I’ll…”

“You will what?” her voice shocked him

Siwon grinned sheepishly at the lady in front of him, Sooyoung. She’s amazing as ever. Her face seems like shining under the light. She smiled sweetly at him and all the coldness he felt before was gone without trace. He somehow felt warm now.

“I know you’ll forget to bring this, babo” she handed him a sweater and he immediately wore it. She’s such a sweet and caring girlfriend.

They walked side by side, and Siwon still clueless where they’re going to.

“Where are we going?”

“You’ll know it later” she simply said.

The two walked hand in hand. It was quiet with glimmering lights in the streets. No one started the conversation. It was only the couple, silence, and the cold breeze, but strangely it feels so good. Sooyoung peeked at the guy beside her and moved closer to him, secretly smiled. It’s technically their first date after months and she’s gonna make sure it’d be the unforgettable ones.

“Mind to tell me where are we going now?” Siwon said impatiently as he put their backpack above their seats, and surprisingly for thin girl like Choi Sooyoung her backpack is soooo heavy. What the hell did she put inside her bag? Stones? Tent? Food? Okay the last sentence might made sense but why would she bring a lot of food in one big backpack? Oh silly, she’s shikshin ofcourse, shikshin needs food to live, right, but why? Is this journey gonna take days long?

Sooyoung didn’t bother to look at her boyfriend, “the ticket said it all dear” she said calmly, eyes glued on the view outside the window.

“Why we are going to Busan?” he asked again, “and, why train? You know, what if fans or saesang fans recognize us? I don’t want you to get hurt!”

"It's freaking midnight Choi..."

"But what if..."

“Sst...I know” she switched her glance to the man next to her and leaned on his shoulder. “I know…I just want to spend more time with you” she said almost like whisper, so calm, so soft, but gave the opposite effect for him, his heart beat rapidly that he afraid if she heard it then mocking him, just one sentence could bring butterflies in his stomach, he couldn’t help but smile, this girl know perfectly what’s his weakness.

He his hair lightly, “but still, what if they find out about us, those sasaeng fans and netizens and fans, and….” He said, his tone was softer than before but was cut off by Sooyoung.

“You sure worried a lot of things” she chuckled

“I miss our old days when we still can do what we wanted to do”

He remained silent.

“Don’t worry Siwon-ah”

“Let’s just enjoy our vocation will you?” She said softly, slowly started to close her eyes. Siwon her hair lovingly and humming some lullaby. Reminded him about that day, the past days before his debut when they’re still trainees.

“Sooyoung-ah, do you have some time? Let’s eat something delicious today, my treat, now okay?” Siwon said excitedly the moment Sooyoung came out from practice room, still talking with Jessica and Hyoyeon. She’s a little bit startled a bit at his out of the blue question, something really good must have happened and she couldn’t help but smiled at his excitement. The two then bid farewell to Jessica and Hyoyeon.

“Wow meat! Spill it Choi, I smell something good happening~ there’s no reason for suddenly treat me super delicious and expensive meat, I know you so well”

“Yah! I always treat you food!”

“Just spill it” she said shortly and put the knife and fork on the side of plate, looking at him with sincere smile

“Okay” he grinned. “Guess who’s gonna debut this month?”

“OMOO! I can’t believe this congratulations!” she exclaimed out loud and hugged him right away, didn’t care whether there were a lot customers or not.

“You know, you’re the first person I ever tell after my parents, and my group of course”

“I know you don’t have friend other than me hehe it’s kinda predictable” she chuckled

“Yah! I should leave then, still have another practice, you go and pay the bill!” he said pretending looking at his invincible watch on  wrist.

Sooyoung pouted, “Sunbaenim, don’t be mean~”

Siwon laughed at her sudden aegyo, “What’s with this sudden sunbaenim? So awkward”

“Well since you’re going to debut soon, automatically you’re my sunbae, you can call me hoobae then” she smiled sincerely.

Somehow he felt uneasy. Compared to his, her training period was much longer but he’s going to debut first. Looking at her warm smile without a bit sign of jealous, he knew he’s lucky to have friend like her.

“Don’t you feel sad?”

“Why would I?” she asked confused.

“How about you?” he asked back carefully, but it seemed Sooyoung knew and he noticed sudden change of expression, a little bit.

“Me, I’m okay, don’t worry! I’ll work harder, seems like I’m little bit lazy nowadays” she managed a sincere smile. Liar. Siwon thought. She’s such a hardworking girl for her age. Come first in practice room every morning and always the last to went home, that’s Choi Sooyoung.

“Because you won’t always see me and have meal like this”

She chuckled at his reason, “No, I’m not sad, instead I’ll be really happy no one gonna snatch my lunch, I can enjoy it by myself” she

“So mean!”

“Then let’s make a promise should we? When we both debut and become success let’s have a trip around the world, experiencing so many new things, that must be fun!” she said excitedly.

“That’s a good idea!”

“Yaksuk?” she held out her pinky finger

“Okay, yaksuk~”

"Are you trying to play mysterious?" Siwon laughed at her after finally knew their final destination, Jeju Island. He was laughing at himself, why he couldn't figure it out sooner. Way too obvious Choi Sooyoung, he thought. She always bragged about wanting to go to somewhere where she can see wide blue sky and clean ocean few months ago. It's just, he didn't expect her to 'kidnap' him in the middle of their schedule just for trip to Jeju. They were in the deck of ship that took them to the next destination.

"What's with that laugh? I hate you." she said nonchalantly, lips pouted cutely or at least that what Siwon's thought.

"Nothing. This just looks like a childish and mysterious girlfriend kidnap her innocent yet gorgeous boyfriend in the middle of his busy schedule just for vacation" He mocked her.

"Aish do you hate that much going with me? Stop mocking me!" she folded her arms angrily (but still considered 'cute' by Siwon).

"No, I love it. I love it so much" he said calmly. She glanced at him, her face slowly turned red. This jerk, it's just one simple sentence yet it affected her both mentally and physically. He hugged her from the side and looked at her, their glance met. Then he her hair lightly. 

"You are blushing young lady~" he . 

"Stop teasing me you old ahjussi" she said sarcatic

"But this old ahjussi is the one who make your face like a crab" 

"I hate you!"

"You know you can't"

"So what, I still hate you"

"And I will always looooveeee you" he tried to sing Whitney's song but fail, just hear that make Sooyoung cringe in horror. They both laughed out loud afterwards, sooyoung even shed tears because of him. 

"Stop it choi, your voice looks like a horse, 100%! what if someone fainted after hearing your voice" 

"Ouch it's hurts, it's only us here outside in this deck" 

There was few moments of silences. The sea was still dark, but they could feel sea wave and wind breezing which calmed their heart after all of the busy schedules. And with them standing side by side, his hand hugged her from the side, she couldn't be any happier. 

"Sooyoung-ah?" his voice called her just like sweet harmony in her ears. She leaned into his shoulder.

"Mm-hm?"

"Are you sleepy?"

"No, why?"

"Just curious about something, why don't we just take plane directly to Jeju instead of train and ship?"

"No idea. I guess I just want to make a lot of memories with you" she said innocently, letting out a small yawn "It's safer this way, I think"

Siwon nodded, "Gomawo sooyoung-ah" he whispered it with low voice. Too low that she failed to hear it. He just smiled and tightens the hug. 

"Hey, wanna go inside and grab a cup of coffee. Jeju is still an hour to go" 

"Okay"

"Uaaaaah~ Fin
