Sooyoung remembers that day well.

So much has changed since then, including her. She is older, wiser, and more knowledgeable in life

Yet, she carries that day in her heart wherever she goes.

It was on that day that he told her that the spaces in between her fingers were special and important.

He said that when she felt lonely, all she had to was to look at those spaces in between her fingers.

And with every space, she would always feel his fingers locked with hers.

It’s been six years and she feels alone.

Yet, she feels that Donghae is there, holding her hand.

Leeteuk turns off the lights and finds his way to his bed.

He is exhausted, more than ready to just end the day here and start a new one when he wakes up.

The room is silent and he is all alone.

The dorm is silent too. It’s rare when a place home to fifteen boys becomes like this.

It is peaceful but he feels hollow.

He sighs and reaches for his phone on the bedside table; the screen coming to life
