thoroughly embarrassed poet.

Description

Random bits and pieces of poetry about the droves of lovely men that have left me yearning for pen and paper.
In the future there may be weird little poems written imaginarily between the imaginary duos that leave us mere fans drooling. Just read and see.

Foreword

March 11, 2013

I have been writing poems about guys I will likely never meet. It leaves me with an empty solemnness that I have never one dreamed of calling hope, but I continue writing nonetheless. Because truth be told, I am restlessly lonely.

So I write ode upon sonnet upon imagery soaked free verse in the vain dream that they will one day be read by equally lonesome people.

On most days, I sicken myself.
I listen to Iron&Wine and write.
What am I evolving into?

Thus I bought this ridiculously expensive journal to chronicle my literary demise. Or is it rise?

Needless to say...
These are my never-to-be-read-on-Sunday poems about men, seldom women, who have either captivated or teased me into glancing their way twice.

thoroughly embarrassed poet,
jay.

Whenever I read your A/N's, I always have to say them in my Hank Green voice.
