Feeling insecure is what some girls go through a lot. Not feeling beautiful or feel disgusting. It hurts a lot and people tell you your pretty and everything. But I'd like to stop time and tell you something that comes from deep down. You're beautiful in every way. You don't need to be really skinny to be pretty because being too skinny can actually kill. The lack of nutrients can make your body start feeding off of your energy. Thats why you'll always feel tired after a long day because your not eating your daily meals right ( at least eat three times a day it keeps your body's nutrients balanced also drink water at least four glasses,come on it wouldn't hurt to drink water) Or the body had has used all your energy and your stomach would depend on you not eating and that's actually how you get anorexic.Depression is really serious and I've been to the doctor because my parents thought I was anorexic but I just have a fast metabolism and I've been doing awesome since I've been eating right.So stand proud and chin high and say " I'm going to be beautiful and I know it!" Then walk off to your Kpop loving world and feel beautiful,just the way you are.
