*Craaaaaaack!*

 

This is stupid, I think. There is no way this is going to work.

I stared at the dirty white cloth carefully draped over a freakishly long corpse. I could've bored holes through the fabric if I had stared at it any longer. 

Searching for any signs of life, I cautiously approached and my hand reached out ever slowly towards the body.  

I was afraid that he would've resurrected as the bad kind of zombie who eats young women's brains for breakfast. 

I laid out my hand right above his heart, feeling for a heartbeat. 

None. It didn't work.

I sighed and hugged the cold, stiff body underneath me which used to belong to my beloved's soul. How foolish of me to think he would come back to live the rest of our lives together. 

Have I gone crazy? 

I must've, seeing that I was hoping my deceased boyfriend would come back to life if I had hit him with a bolt of lightning.

But before all of this, I had hope. My tears fell one by one unto the cloth, making it damp.

If only I had taken his place.

 

And then I heard it.

A series of faint thumping sounds inside my lover's chest followed by an addicting barritone voice. 

 

"J-Jaemin?"

KYAHAHAHAHA. And that's the foreword. The CRAAACK part was actually a bolt of lightning.

I made this in Math class so I guess it isn't really something to be proud of. Oh well.

I'm still on my first fic: http://www.asianfanfics.com/story/view/378233, so I think I'll put this one on hold for a while. 

I also need to finish my other projects in school so I'll be updating not as much.
