➤ EVERYTHING IN TRANSIT
Description
Luhan ;
He debuted as an idol singer 2 years ago with the boy-next-door concept and shot to fame rapidly. Extremely popular with teenage girls, he is known to be cautious with words and seldom says anything improper onscreen. Backstage however, he can be a bit obnoxious in flaunting his popularity. Unfortunately, after pictures of him kissing another man were leaked, his image was permanently ruined and the agency dropped him.
He had always known he was adopted when he was a child and had been constantly bullied because of it. Luhan was never interested finding the parents who abandoned him until paparazzi linked formerly famous trot singer Qiuyue to him.
Yixing ;
He was adopted along with another boy when he was seven and had been expected by his famous foster mother to follow in her footsteps. Unfortunately, he has such a severe case of stage fright that he came in last in a school singing contest, which embarrassed her so much that he never attempted singing again. Yixing currently manages the book café opened by his late foster father.

Foreword
“Luhan! Luhan! What is the reason that you have been hiding your relationship with Qiuyue?”
With furrowed eyebrows, the blond had a considerably confused expression on his face at the question and blinked at the flashes of the cameras around him as he looked at the reporter. “Relationship?” Why would he have a relationship with a woman old enough to be his mother? God, reporters were so determined to tag him with all sorts of scandals after what happened last week.
“Aw, come on, are you still trying to pretend it’s not true?” the reporter scoffed. “Qiuyue has admitted it.”
“What in the world are you talking about?”
Rolling his eyes, the reporter took his cellphone out and scrolled through the screen before shoving it to his face.
RETIRED TROT SINGER QIUYUE ACKNOWLEDGES FALLEN IDOL LUHAN AS HER SON
His eyes rounded in shock at the headline and ran through the rest of the text, subconsciously aware that the reporter was snapping photos away madly without even lifting his finger from the capture button. His birth mother was the famous Qiuyue? Was she ing joking?
“How is this possible?” he spluttered incredulously, not looking up from the screen. “Didn’t she adopt a kid years ago?”
The reporter’s lips curled up into a gleeful smirk. “She adopted two children actually,” he corrected him. “You mean you didn’t know she was your mother? How does that make you feel?”
Like , he thought, but he wasn’t going to tell the reporter that. In fact, Luhan still found it difficult to believe the article. Did Qiuyue have some media playing going on? He frowned, his finger pausing at the screen.
“Those two are her adopted children. This one’s the maknae. He’s Korean. I think his name is Sehun?” the reporter continued helpfully, pointing at a tall, slim boy with pale blond hair that looked almost silver and a sharp jaw that could rival Luhan’s. He nodded at the other boy, shorter with auburn brown hair and a deep dimple in his right cheek. “This one’s Yixing. He’s running the family café called Book Attic.”
This was ridiculous. Even if she really was his mother, why would she give him up for adoption only to adopt another 2 strangers!?
“Please talk to my manager,” Luhan said instead, dumping the cellphone back to the reporter. He his heel and stalked back to his house.
Somebody had some explaining to do.
