Oka I think that the main girl should stay loyal to Joon. If joon dies then junhyung will become the girls lover and if not then he will be the best friend. 
 
I'm guessing yesung is the girl's arranged marriage partner but she doesn't want to marry him. Yesung accepts that she doesn't love him and that she loves joon.
