Today is your birthday...and the one special person you want to spend it with is L.Joe. You both are best friend, but you think of him as something more. You don't know if L.Joe feels the same way about you.

You sit by your phone all day hoping he would contact you and wish you a happy birthday. When the phone does ring it's a family member or friend also wishing you a happy birthday.

It's already nighttime and L.Joe still hasn't called or anything. "Did he really forget?" you cry out.

Your phones rings and you see it's L.Joe. You're flustered. "Now he calls me?" You are still somewhat happy inside he at least called, but still mad he called this late when your birthday is practically almost over.

"What do you want?" you say coldly. "Come play with me at the park! If you don't come you'll regret it! Arraso?" he hangs up before you could even give a reply

*He called me because he wanted to play? Not to wish me a Happy Birthday?" you're heartbroken. You're still mad at L.Joe but decide to go anyway because he have nothing else to do. You grab your coat and walk outside.

Soon, you arrive at the park. It's pitch black and you could barely see anything. You try to search for L.Joe *WHere in the world is thast boy?*

Just then you hear a voice rapping. "Happy Birthday to you...." you look behind and see L.JOe rapping the birthday song while holding a cake in his hands.

Tears form in your eyes. *He remembered!*

L.Joe finishes the song and motions for you to blow out the candles. You clap excitedly.

L.Joe puts down the cake by a nearby bench. "Did you wait long?" he says sincerely. He knew you must have been waiting for him all day.

"Yes you pabo.." you hit him, L.Joe grabs the hand you hit him with and places hit on his heart.

"O-oppa.." you say shocked. L.Joe just smiles at you.

"I think right now is a good time to tell you how i feel inside," he looks into your eyes, "I've liked you for a really long time. I hope you feel the same way. Will you be ma girl?"

*Am I dreaming right now?* You can't find words to say and just nod while smiling.

L.Joe kisses you on the forehead and hugs you tightly.

"Pabo, you waited too long to say that." you say and the both of you laugh.
