hello. i am so ing sorry for taking so soso longggg. here's your request and i'm sorry it isn't that good! and to be honest, i preferred it without the title but the title had to be in it. the dark colours make it slightly dramatic, the font creates elegance and colour variations are for the not set theme. since you added that you wanted it a little blue (& there's hardly any here), i made another ver so you can go ahead and choose the one you like better.
