The Song

This song is a really catchy song. I find myself singing it randomly because it's an easy tune to get stuck in your head. I really loved the piano in this and the drums. It had a very classy feel to it. I also am not fimiliar with this artists, but I can say he's really talented. I love his voice. I really loved the 'Do Do Do' part. It was just amazingly done and adds a flair to the song. I also love the tempo change at around 3:00. It was over all just really well done. And the way he hits the high notes, couldn't have sounded better. Also that opening, 'Baby I know I did something wrong, but forgive me...' Can I say that might have been the iest english in a kpop song ever? Yea maybe I'm pushing it, but damn it was really hot and sounded well pronounced.

Anyways I loved this song. It's really catchy, but not only that, his tone of voice gets the point of the song out. You can tell he is having a hard time with something. It's very agonizing. Anyways, thumbs up for this song. Really well done.

The Music Video

On to the music video, I'm not to sure where to start with this without going into the dance. Most of this video revolved around the dance, but it did have a story line. The storyline can connect with the lyrics. He follows this girl around/sees her everywhere. As the lyrics explain, he left her. And as the saying goes 'you don't know what you got until it's gone,' he feels bad for leaving her, and his punishment is not having her. As it's shown, he looks for her, he watches her, and ends up following her. Later they do meet in an elevator and kiss. Now here's where it gets interesting, he is tied up in a chair with a blindfold on. We can assume the girl did it. At the end of the song, she takes off the blind fold and walks away. This is part of his punishment. One, he is trapped and two, he can't follow after him. She is done with him at this point and he is left with his guilty... or maybe not... Her smile, his smirk... there's definately more going on afterwards... lol.

Anyways, I liked the video a lot. It was really y and it had a lot of good points. It stayed close with the lyrics of the song. It wasn't word for word, but it wasn't like what are they doing what to green aliens have to do with this. There wasn't anything abstract about it. Anyways, I loved it for all it's y parts. And the colors of the MV looked very well put together.

The Dance

Now at least half the music video focused on the dance, and I didn't mention anything because of here. But let me say this, after watching it a million times, it is my favorite part of this whole thing. After fisrt when I watched this, I really didn't like the chorus dance. Everything was fine until he decided to give himself a wedgie, I was like ewww, that's gross, and uncomfortable, who would do that but a masochist. So after watching it a few more times, I slowly got very attracted to it. I would watch it, and be like 'are you taunting me?!' Anyways as weird as I originally thought it was, it is really y. The way he grabbed his belt... amazing. I really loved the chorus dance. There's nothing else to discribes this as besides y. Granted I wish I was daning with him instead of those girls, but the whole dance was well done and goes well with the song.

The English

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only English in the song is the opening, which I had mentioned earlier. There was nothing wrong with the English and over all well pronounced and as I said it was the iest English in a Kpop video ever!!! Anyways great job!

The Outfits

First of all, overall I loved the outfits. Overall, really sleek looking and mostly classy. However, there are something that stood out to me, there was an opening outfit, a suit with hanging chains all over it. It seemed a little bulky and well I was waiting for a bull fight...

Also, the gold t on this chorus outfit, reminded me of a matador. A few outfits had this little noted theme and it wasn't a bad thing. It looked good on him and it wasn't over the top.

The one thing I couldn't stand were the pants, one in particular the silver pair. The outfits all look nice and put together well, but because he needs to give himself a wedgie, it's a little baggy in the crotch area. Personally, I don't like it, it just doesn't look like it fits, however, I know why it's needed in the dance, and thus I will forever it this time.

The Overview

There's not much else for me to say about this song and video. The whole thing was oozing y. It was just a hot video, that still managed to stay classy the whole time. It wasn't overbearing, like the videos where the girls are throwing their tops off, this is the right way to do y! It was hot and steamy, it revealed his chest and showed how he could move, but everything was hidden, it felt the audience questioning and wanting more. If people want to learn how to be y, they should learn from this guy... he does it right.

Anyways great job.

The Verdict

If you can't tell by all my ious comments, this video was just y! It was well done and I loved it. There's not really much I can complain about.

As for the song, I also thought it was really well done. Overall, the song it's anything overly special. The context of the song doesn't really stand out, but the instrumental in my opinion really is what makes this song different. And I really loved how it was composed. Overall great job.

I loved the Music Video and the Song! I hope to see more from this artist soon!
