Self-conscious.  Everyone knows it, everyone's experienced it.  Whether it was their hair, face, or body, we can't help but think we're hideous.  When people make fun of us for our appearances, we wish that we could change that one thing.  If that thing is gone, we think that it'll make our lives easier.  But does it?
