Almost half a minuet

Every Twenty-ninth Second(drabble)

Every twenty-ninth second of Sehun's life was spent with a thunderstorm of thoughts erasing his daily duties. Every bolt of member stung with a taste of compassion, a taste of Luhan. Yesterday's Chapter fifteen, section two of the textbook he studied was replaced by their cuddling under moonshine. Today an order of “no cheese, light mayo” at the deli would be rewritten with the good morning kiss he shared in the corner room, a window breathing light on Luhan's face. Tomorrow’s "Don't forget to pick up a carton of 2% milk on your way home!" would be taken over with Luhan’s “I love you” of tonight. Sehun wouldn’t even be mad at himself for each twenty-ninth second it happened. Luhan would probably be mad there was no milk in their fridge two days from now. But by the end of the day, Luhan could care less. Even if he couldn’t measure a guess for how many seconds he was on Sehun’s mind,  at the very least he knew Sehun would always be thinking about him before everything else.
