Foreword

§ The Thread Unravels §

The Ahn family, in its own right, were considered the nobility of the Kabuki world. An art of song and dance that manifested and developed graciously in South Korea. A male-dominated display that delved its roots from Japan.

Therefore the men of the families were looked on as prized, special. A son of the revered Ahn family was given the greatest favor and a stage name he adopted once he becomes of age. Like royalty, these sons were meant to marry within other families to continue to the name and legacy. Yet things change when the first and only son chooses to marry someone outside of these specified requirements.

The modern entertainment industry may have accepted his marriage with an outsider, glamorized it and further enticed by the mystery behind the elaborate theatre. One could only assume the story behind its traditional walls, a brief glimpse during its performances, but ignorant of the circumstances within.

The only sure thing he knew for sure, being raised within the Ahn household, was simply this.

Sanity is a loose thread that can be pulled at any time.

Chapter 9: I loved this. I really don't know what else to say but I loved this and it takes a lot for me to actually love a story. I loved the plot, the complicated character lines that weren't always clearly written. I loved the imagery. And I really loved Henry's character, though I'm not sure why. He's the loyal son who was also a bit of a rebel. A contradiction, yet it went well together.

Really enjoyed. Thank you for this.

your story is very interesting...
i love it how yesunggie put on his mask all the time and then make the ahn family down just by using his fame and the books he wrote...
poor them...they have been suffered all the way and now they deserves their happiness...

luckily that both brothers always been beside each other even thought they rarely show their emotion...
glad that hae and kibummie always there to support them...

love it how in the end henry move in to hae house, yesunggie accept kibum love and how their parents loved each others so much...<3<3<3
finally they have their freedom, love and happiness...<3<3 (not to mention the sweet revenge to....=>)
