People view winter differently, be it fun and enjoyable or cold and merciless. 

She loved winter, not for the white snow, Santa Claus, the fact she could enjoy hot cocoa or the fact she could build a snowman. It was none of those. Being at her most vulnerable made her realise there was more to it.

Loving winter was what she had found out to do.
