2.10 am..calm and peaceful morning in Seoul GG Hospital..for late night..just a few staff remain..suddenly...

'it is an emergency...we are on the way to the hospital right now...we have 2 patient here..cars accident..both of them remain unconcious..head, legs and abdominal injury..cant confirm internal injuries yet..we will arrive within 10 min..prepare the ER...' sound from intercom systems..

the nurses and medical assistant start rushing for the preparation..the cardiac monitor, suture tray and strechers are ready...Dr. Hara in charge on duty in trauma for today..after a few minutes, siren sound from ambulance broke the morning silence..

'trauma room 3 is ready..' medical assistant lead

'how the patient?' dr hara asked

'car accident..broken ribs and left leg..possibility some head injury..his wife..pregnant 5 months, minor injury on head'..the MA confirm the situation

'send both of them for x-rays and CT scan' dr hara command

'quite serious..page dr tae, dr fany and dr krys..they need an emergency operation..' dr hara asked the nurse

'call the family member of the patient..' she added

'tae...wake up..emergency..' fany wake up first

'hmm..' tae still on bed..fany rush to bathroom..wash her face and grab her jacket..

'tae..hurry up..' slowly tae wake up..

'i just come back at 12 now i need to go back...wuuaarrgghh!!' tae yawn..

'i'll drive..come on faster..' fany grab her key..

'hi krys..' fany wave at krystal

'hi unni' krystal wave back..

'hi dr fany' hara come from behind

'so what we get?' tae ask to hara

'2 patient..car accident..name: park ju,male..broken 3 left ribs and femur ruptured..ct scan head is clear..his wife name: park soo, female, 5 month pregnant, no movement of baby, ct scan show sign of diffuse axonal injury..' dr hara explain

'just book 2 operating room..i and dr fany will handle the wife and dr krys will take over the husband' dr tae order

'okay dr..' dr hara leave them

[before enter the OT]

'tae..are u okay..u looked tired' fany concern her tired hubby

'a little..but it is my duty..beside, i'm now with u' tae wik at his wife

'tae..behave..' fany elbowed tae

'coffee after operating?' tae suggest

'sure..ask krystal along..i miss my friend jessica..need some info from her..' both of them enter the OT
