“Oppa! Myungsoo oppa! Look at this flower, it’s so pretty” Naeun looked at it in awe as Myungsoo came towards her and took a quick look at the blooming flower.  He chuckled at the innocence that the little girl showed, he quickly bent down to get the flower as he got it, he placed it on her ears and fixed her hair “There. It looks better now” He smiled at her bitterly “Naeun-ah.. I have something to confess.” He sighed while looking down “Oppa will leave this place to be an entertainer.” Naeun, knowing that he wanted to be idol from the start she smiled at her genuinely and nodded trying to be cheerful as ever “Arasso oppa! Promise me that you’ll be one of the most famous idol, okay? Don’t forget to eat! Don’t forget to call me! Don’t forget to brush your teeth! Don’t forget to watch our favorite anime!” She started to babble nonsense which made him chuckle, he pinched her cheeks. “Arasso, arasso. I won’t.” She suddenly gazed at his deep eyes and gave him a serious look “Don’t forget about me.” He laughed at her silliness. “I promise. I won’t.” He gave her a reassuring smile and silence ate up the place, it’s a comfortable silence between them, thinking of the possibilities that can happen when both of them are far away with each other.

Naeun had been an artist now, a painter to be exact. She looked at the painting hanging on her wall, she painted her best friend. Two years and a half had passed. No single call coming from him. She waited and waited but nothing came, not even a word.  She was really worried for Myungsoo, then she saw a familiar figure in the tv, its infinite’s debut that day. It was him. It was definitely him, she felt a tear coming out from her eye, few seconds has passed and she was unconsciously sobbing. Mixed emotions were present. Her worry for him in the past few years, seeing that he is perfectly fine and able to pursue his dreams, it was enough for her to be happy. She swiftly took her jacket and packed some clothes and other important things, including the painting. She wants to go to Seoul and meet him and congratulate him and hug him tightly. Oh how he missed Myungsoo. After long hours of ride, she’s finally in Seoul, now all she has to do is enter Woolim Entertainment, but it’s not easy as what she thought. So she booked an apartment and decided to stay there for a while and continue living in Seoul, since it makes no difference because she is alone in her house anyways. She went to the very first fansigning for Infinite’s new album, when it was her turn to go up on stage and make Infinite sign her album she was trembling because of nervousness yet very excited seeing him up close. She totally looked like a fan, but not a normal one, since her aura is different from the others, she had this shining radiance upon her because she is such a beauty. People are staring at her because it is rare to see such a beauty in a fansigning for a rookie group. It was her time to get her album signed now, her palms are now wet because of nervousness, Sunggyu was the first one to introduce himself, he flashed a smile where you could not see his eyes anymore. She smiled back normally, unlike the other fangirls who almost fainted.  He then asked for her name and signed her album and bowed nicely, she did the same. Same goes to the other members, until Myungsoo. She’s waiting for him to look up, and then he did. She grinned ear to ear, excited to see his reaction, but all he did was smile. “Annyeonghaseyo L imnida.” She was dumbfounded, like she was hit by a lightning “Your name please?” That’s like killing her twice. “S-s-son Naeun” She stuttered as she stared blankly at him for quite while and the guards had to help her to get off stage. All she could hear is murmurs and Myungsoo’s voice echoing in her mind. He’s definitely Myungsoo, his eyes, his lips, his nose, his jawline, his face shape, everything is the same, nothing changed except he looked more matured. She unconsciously fell on the floor, not caring about the environment, she looked back at him and she saw him definitely not caring about her. He saw me right? He definitely did. But how come.. Don’t fool around me Myungsoo, I know you still remember me, right? She sobbed like a little kid. Year passed like that. She went to every fansigning, fanmeetings, events, concert. She’s seen everywhere but still Myungsoo can’t notice her.
